Heavy Spoilers if you haven't caught up!!!

Just to clarify in case anyone is confused about what happened or was said between Ichigo and the Dead Kings.

Canon Bleach happens - Ichigo meets Ginjo at 17 and gets his powers back. Thousand Year Blood War Happens. Yhwach absorbs the Soul King and is 'defeated' by Ichigo and Uryu, rendering him an inert linchpin of reality. Ichigo goes on with his life.

Canon DxD happens - Sirzechs never reincarnates Ichigo. Kokabiel attacks Rias and Sona hoping to start a war, he's defeated by Vali.

Ophis Warps DxD Reality - Instead, Kokabiel breaks into Heaven to steal Rhongomyniad and plans to use it to revive the Heavenly Father. Vali still stops him, but the tears in reality between the realms of the living and dead happen nonetheless. Yhwach, who has absorbed the Soul King, has been rendered comatose/inactive by Ichigo and Uryu. He can't do anything to fix the torn barriers. Life and death intertwine and spill out into the rest of the cosmos, the universe is doomed.

Outside of Time - Amaterasu and the Soul King take a desperate gamble: they recruit Hades. Hades merges with the Soul King, creating a paradox where they exist separately but are the same being. Hades is now significantly more powerful, having absorbed the Soul King's divinity.

DMAW Timeline- Hades/Soul King alter the past, they make it so that Ichigo never met Ginjo at 17 and he continues powerless. Hades/Soul King use Auswahlen, they absorb Yhwach and all the powers he had given away, effectively ending the Sternritter and prevent the Thousand Year Blood War. They also secretly and subtly make edits to Time to increase the chances of Ichigo being recruited by Sirzechs. They succeed, DMAW begins.
