Yes, I admit to it. I have been using AI since 2015 when I first published DMAW.

I secretly invented it long before OpenAI, Microsoft, Apple, Google and all the other silicon giants, and instead of using it to turn myself into one of the world's wealthiest people, I instead chose to make fanfiction.

Anyways, on barely more serious note, I got curious and decided to actually try and use ChatGPT to write DMAW, here are the results for your entertainment.

A Moment Stolen from Wrath

The penthouse atop Fellgrand was hushed, the city’s glow muted beneath the wards Ichigo had woven into the glass. It was rare for him to find a night like this, unclaimed by Satans, Pillar Lords, or the endless duties of Wrath. Rarer still to find Tiamat already waiting, sprawled across the velvet couch as if she owned the place — which, in truth, she often acted like she did.

Her sapphire hair spilled like a river of midnight fire, her bare feet tucked beneath her. She looked up from the book in her lap with a small smile that was more dangerous than any of her draconic roars. “You’re late,” she said simply.

Ichigo shrugged off his coat, his eyes heavy but his mouth quirking with dry humor. “I was busy keeping the Underworld from collapsing. You should try it sometime.”

“Mm,” she murmured, setting the book aside. “Maybe later. Tonight, I’d rather collapse with you.”

He blinked at her bluntness — though by now, he should’ve known better than to expect subtlety. She patted the cushion beside her, but when he sat down, she ignored it entirely and instead stretched until she was pressed against his side, resting her chin on his chest.

For a while, neither spoke. The silence between them was not empty, but full: the quiet hum of her power brushing against his, the steady beat of his heart slowing beneath the weight of her presence. Ichigo had come to recognize this silence as the rarest kind of treasure.

Tiamat finally tilted her head up, eyes glinting like molten sapphire. “Do you ever wonder if we’re… wrong for each other?”

“Every day,” he admitted without hesitation. “And every day, I don’t care.”

Her lips curved — not into a smirk, but something gentler. She touched his face, fingers trailing the scar on his cheek, and the contact burned more than any flame. “You’re infuriating, you know that? You keep saying things like that and making me feel…” She cut herself off with a shake of her head, as though irritated with her own vulnerability.

Ichigo caught her hand before she could pull away, threading his fingers through hers. “Like what?” he pressed softly.

Her eyes narrowed, but there was no true anger in them. Only the raw honesty she tried so hard to mask. “Like I don’t have to be a dragon all the time.”

That hit him harder than any battlefield wound. Without a word, he leaned down, capturing her lips in a kiss that was slow and grounding, a promise instead of a conquest. Tiamat melted against him, her hands fisting in his shirt as though anchoring herself.

When they finally parted, breath mingling, Ichigo rested his forehead against hers. “You don’t. Not with me.”

For once, she didn’t argue. She only smiled, small and real, before curling closer into his arms as the wards dimmed the city lights to nothing. And for that fleeting night, Wrath was quiet, and love was enough.

11. Prideful and arragont as fuck Tiamat saying she doesn't have to be a dragon with Ichigo?

12. Ichigo going along with it?

AI can be useful when trying to 'think out loud' and work through ideas. But, as you can clearly see, it's dead useless when trying to write nuanced characters and instill specific narrative voice through the prose and dialogue.
