Minor Delay
Added 2025-07-08 22:38:57 +0000 UTCSomewhat bad news, I am sick and down with a fever. Yes, I acknowledge the irony of a doctor getting sick. However, my eyes and head hurt just looking at a screen and I've not been able to type anything for this week. Which means chapter 45 will be delayed to Saturday/Sunday instead of being uploaded today. Fullest apologies.
