Minor Update and Apology
Added 2025-06-18 19:26:07 +0000 UTCI am struggling with Chapter 42. It's written, but I don't like what I've wrote. I've gone over it and edited and reowrked entire paragraphs, but the more I work on it the more frustrated I feel.
After much internal debate, I'm going to rewrite Chapter 42. Which unfortunately means the chapter will be delayed to this Saturday instead of being published today. I feel genuinely bad for the delay, and as an apology I will make it so Chapter 42 is double the length of the usual chapters. The last several chapters have averaged between 4k to 5k words, so Chapter 42 will be 8k to 10k words.
I'm just not having fun reading or writing what I wrote for 42, and I'd much rather publish a chapter late by a few days than publish something I genuinely don't enjoy. Because if I'm not enjoying it, I know none of you will either.
