Shepherd Infected
Added 2017-06-11 22:46:55 +0000 UTCShepherd colonies are often called Sanctuary Towns by infected and uninfected, allowing the intermingling of the two through tightly controlled rules, or Shifter Laws, and the Marking (a lick or kiss to the forehead) of uninfected, distinguishing them as a ward of the colony. Note however, that these laws are truly deceptive, as they completely favor infected over the uninfected, and the consequence of breaking these laws result in detention and a form of infected rehabilitation. -Notes in Regards to the Growing Pandemic
