If food and water drop to 0 Aiden will begin to starve. After 2 days, he will die.
If Gas drops to 0 he will be unable to change locations until he finds more gas.
If Loneliness hit's zero he'll be defenseless against monster attacks like demonic possession and madness, this can result in Aiden's death. Having zero Loneliness will also make Aiden much worse at social interactions, being all clingy and desperate is never sexy. Loneliness is restored mainly through sex, whether solo or with a partner.
Like classic Choose Your Own Adventure books, a wrong decision can lead to death, so choose carefully!
