For Tom, especially, this ‘running away from the mob’ seems to have led to the ‘happy ending’ snd fulfilling his/ her deepest dreams. Nice to see Nick so graciously acknowledging,accepting and embracing her and her scenario plans for the ‘happy ever after ending.’ Nice Emory, such a sweet story.

Nick is especially tender and if he plays his cards right could have the most loyal and stunning girl of his own. I especially loved how you snuck a chicken in the out-of-focus background in the last panel. That's really fun.
