**Important Changes to Tiers and Diversification**

Hello everyone,

It’s been a year since I started creating guro art, and I truly appreciate all the support you've given me along the way. Now it’s time to make some changes — all positive — that I believe will help boost subscriptions and support diversification.

Unfortunately, Fanbox has increased its transaction fee from 10% to 12.9%. It sucks, but there's nothing we can do about it. I won't raise the prices, but I will add a new tier and enhance the existing ones with more rewards:

1. **Basic (500 JPY):** full version of my work, basic Discord access, 2 packs per month, WIPs, and access to polls.

2. **VIP (1000 JPY):** everything in the Basic tier, plus the full 2024 artwork archive, VIP Discord access, and the ability to suggest character fanarts.

3. **Elite (2500 JPY):** everything above, plus a complete archive every 6 months. The Basic tier post links will be deleted after 7 months. You’ll also have access to requests/commissions and Elite Discord channels.

These changes will take effect in **July**.

I’ve also created a **Discord server** for the community. Access will depend on your subscription level:

* **No role:** you’ll need to verify you're 18+ to enter.

1. **Verified +18:** you can view most channels but can’t comment until your role is assigned.

2. **Basic:** access to most chats, ability to comment in general chat, post suggestions, and join polls.

3. **VIP:** all of the above, plus the ability to request characters and chat in the NSFW channel.

4. **Elite:** all of the above, plus access to the request and commission chat, where you can post ideas at any time.

5. **Founder:** a special role for those who have supported me for at least one year — it’s the same as VIP, as a thank-you for believing in me.

I’ll send the Discord invite via newsletter. To get your role, please DM me your subscriber name on Fanbox or Pixiv.

Being an R-18 or R-18G creator is getting harder, so I have more plans:

* I’ve created a **SubscribeStar** account (pending approval) and already linked it on my socials.

* I plan to make my **own website** where I can post freely, in case payment processors like Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal get stricter.

* I also have a **secondary account** that I might use for other kinds of art. It’s not a priority, but good to prepare.

* I plan to **sell art packs on DLsite** in the future.

I’ll keep practicing to improve my art and its quality.

グロアートを描き始めてから1年が経ちました。これまで応援してくれて本当にありがとうございます。今回は、購読を促進し、活動を多様化するための**前向きな変更**をお知らせします。

残念ながら、Fanboxの手数料が10%から12.9%に引き上げられました。かなり厳しいですが、仕方ありません。価格の値上げはせず、新しいティアを追加し、既存ティアに報酬を追加します。

1. **ベーシック（500円）**：作品の完全版、Discordの基本アクセス、月2回のパック、制作途中の画像（WIP）、アンケートへの参加

2. **VIP（1000円）**：ベーシックのすべて＋2024年の作品アーカイブ、VIP向けDiscordチャンネルへのアクセス、キャラのファンアートのリクエスト可

3. **エリート（2500円）**：VIPのすべて＋6ヶ月ごとのアーカイブ、ベーシックティアの投稿リンクは7ヶ月で削除、リクエスト・コミッションへの参加、エリートDiscordチャンネルのアクセス

これらの変更は**7月から**有効になります。

また、**Discordサーバー**を作りました。サブスクレベルに応じてアクセス権が異なります：

* **ロールなし**：18歳以上であることを確認する必要があります

1. **18歳確認済み**：ほとんどのチャンネルを閲覧できますが、ロールが付与されるまではコメント不可

2. **ベーシック**：主要チャンネルの閲覧、一般チャット・アンケート・提案などでコメント可

3. **VIP**：上記すべて＋キャラリクエスト可、NSFWチャットで会話可

4. **エリート**：上記すべて＋リクエスト・コミッション専用チャットでいつでも提案可能

5. **ファウンダー**：1年以上応援してくれた方のための特別ロール。内容はVIPと同じ、感謝の気持ちとして

Discordの招待リンクはニュースレターで送ります。ロールを取得したい方は、FanboxまたはPixivでサブスク名をDMしてください。

R-18やR-18Gのクリエイターとして活動するのはどんどん難しくなっているので、いくつかの計画があります：

* **SubscribeStar**アカウントを作成しました（承認待ち）。SNSにもリンク済み。

* 将来的に**独自のウェブサイト**を立ち上げ、制限なしに作品を公開できる場を用意する予定です（Visa、Mastercard、PayPalの規制強化対策）。

* **サブアカウント**も作りました。別ジャンルの作品用で、優先度は低いですが準備しておきます。

* **DLsiteで画像パック販売**も計画中です。

引き続きスキルを磨いて作品のクオリティを高めていきます。

**关于分级制度的重要变更与多元化发展**

我开始创作Guro作品已经一年了，感谢大家一直以来的支持。现在是时候做出一些**积极的改变**，以激励更多人订阅并帮助我拓展方向。

不幸的是，Fanbox 的交易手续费从 10% 提高到了 12.9%。虽然很麻烦，但我们无能为力。我不会涨价，但会新增一个订阅等级，并为现有等级添加更多奖励内容：
