Just a small update

Hey everyone,

So, I've been with a fever and a headache for the past two days. Nothing major in both cases. I have no idea if it's Covid, as our local hospital is swamped. They are advising me to wait a day or two longer before I come for testing, simply because it could be the seasonal flu. Apparently, its everywhere in the city.

That said, headaches and fevers are nothing strange for me. I get both from time to time, and I have since I was a kid, so it might be just one of those times.

For now, I am at home, in isolation. In the case this turns out to be Covid, I am double vaccinated. I try to keep that in mind at all times.

So, since I'm home and getting along well enough, then where is the chapter?

The headache proves to be a major impediment to my efforts. I can't focus, I can't write a paragraph in one sitting. I feel a need to nap, and I do so when the headache allows.

I do what I can to fill the remaining time, and for now that mostly seems to be watching movies and tv shows. I am also doing some minor editing work. I have redone entire chapters before this caught up with me and now I'm just doing some touches here and there.

I have posted two polished chapters on RR and if I manage there will be a third one in a couple of hours. Here's the link:

Chapter two is not something I uploaded here, so please have a go at it. When I wanted to upload it, I changed my mind and kept a large part of it to myself and redid the rest. Now I've changed my mind so again. :D It might be the fever.

Read the first chapter too since you're at it, it's been polished. You will notice a major change.
