2024-11-04 07:28:54 +0000 UTCKai is alright, but when it comes to the English Dub, I like Original Z way better than Kai. Sure, they have a lack of experience but they still did a really good job. And the dub lines were more iconic. In my opinion some of the voice actors, like Goku’s voice actors sounded TOO dramatic in Kai than they did in Z, so I liked how natural they sounded before, except for Frieza (Kai Frieza >>>). I mean it’s not bad, just a personal preference. However Kai in Japanese is great. JP voice over was pretty much almost the same as the original anyway.

2024-11-04 03:03:59 +0000 UTCDBZ Kai gets a lot of hate online, but personally I really like it and it's a great way to show people new to DB how Kai goes down but without 2 episode screaming matches and way too much filler. If you want to show off the best filler, then refer to Z, but until then, Kai works nicely!

Frieza almost killing Goku for revenge, but Frieza loosing to Goku ONLY BECAUSE he rushed to Earth just after getting his Golden Form, is wild. He would've been able to do it if he didn't rush, and waited to get used to his form.

2024-11-03 21:35:22 +0000 UTCYou two going to watch DBZ Kai after Dragon Ball? It's basically DBZ cut down without the fillers and true to the Manga. The voice actors are much better since they already have a lot more experience in the role, and Chris Ayers the one voicing Frieza right now is the actor. Also the translation is more accurate to the original Japanese version. I noticed a bit of a difference in the dialogue compared to the original Funimation version.
