This episode is what made me like Shikamaru a lot. And is also my favorite episode! The fact that he was strategic in this battle and being wise to not fight in the next round due to having no chakra left. He would have to put more effort into the next match with no chakra if he'd won. But as he stated, it would just mean more work. Lol

2024-10-23 21:18:00 +0000 UTCit is a "kids" show technically but the demographic is marketed to in Japan would be more so middle school - high school(yes they don't have those over there but im just saying that age group). For the US audience shonen specifically falls into a weird in between category.

Still a violent ass show tho definitely not for kids lol. 😂 Yet idgaf and still watched as a kid hell all of us did. The show was just that damn good back in the day and still is.
