Just like any other place, shop, bakery, whatever. Imagine this: you go to a bakery, you order bread, and the bakery makes you wait and brings you a bagel. You'd be frustrated, and then some douche comes along and says "yo cut the baker some slack, you do you baker, give them more bagels when they ask for bread, it's fine. Fuck the haters". The way they are doing it they post a dbz episode and an episode of something else at the same time. To be completely honest I don't like Naruto never watched it. I pay to get dbz reactions early because that's what this channel was when I signed up. ..when I only get 3 dbz a week and 4 Naruto I feel like I'm waiting a week for dbz

So I get their frustration. It's not like we know these guys personally, it's just an exchange, you pay, they give you their reaction. Simple. No need to get all parasocial about it. What I expect when making an exchange stays consistent, no matter who or what it is. It's not like they do it out of their good will, they get paid for this.
