Sense Frieza and his fam only were out to “rule it” but not destroy all of it they were left alone. Only thing I could think of anyway, plus the Supreme Kai was busy obsessing over Buu and dealing with his PTSD from what happened with that whole situation. Some of that is just head canon on my part though.

But I don’t think the 1000x stronger thing is in the manga so I wouldn’t put him that high. Maybe around SSJ Cell games level Goku. But yea Supreme Kai’s reveal made him seem like a real bad ass at first.
