Just our saiyans are good (except Vegeta). Goku is only good because he hit his head as a child as explained in the beginning of the show. Broly is the legendary super saiyan, so he is just an even stronger, crazier and more evil saiyan than most. He hates Goku and is what causes him to transform, but even without Goku triggering him he would still enjoy destroying planets and galaxies.

2024-05-07 15:00:59 +0000 UTCSome of the comments have mentioned how Saiyans were Evil. I wouldn't say they were necessarily Evil as I'm sure you guys had seen with Bardock. Instead they were more...Ruthless, Merciless, mercenaries. Full blooded saiyans seem to all be born with this trait as the Saiyans are a "warrior" race. Also, the Super Saiyan form itself makes the user rage filled and is difficult to control at first, as I'm sure you guys have seen with Goku when he first transformed, being alot more anger filled and even shouting at Gohan to get off Namek. Broly power has been under his father's control for most of his life, so Broly never had the opportunity to really get used to the his Legendary Super Saiyan form. So all that rage, coupled with his full blooded saiyan ruthlessness plus Broly just being a Psychopath by nature... Equals him being an Evil killing machine.
