Project I.O. Soul
Added 2019-07-27 22:25:08 +0000 UTCSo, I've been poking at 3 different stories, I think I might have mentioned them before. Currently, I'm poking at my Cyberpunk story whose working title is 'I.O. Soul'
" "Courier and parttime pitfighter, Aeon enjoyed a simple life. A single delivery changes everything when she meets Evelyn, a middle class tech child. Together they rise from their stations against a monolithic foe, inspired by mutual respect and a growing love between them." Setting is Cyberpunk over a hundred years in the future. Main is a trans woman who falls in love with a woman that more ore less becomes a 'partner in crime'. One is trying to just enjoy her simple life, the other is trying to dig up old, restricted, and in some cases outlawed tech, trying to figure out how to return to the surface of the earth after climate change made it inhospitable to human kind. While their romance buds, so too does their paths intertwine as they discover they share just as many enemies and interests in common.
Aeon's arms and legs are just covered by power armor, where as Evelyn (or hana, still debating on her name) actually does have cyborg arms, forced on her by her parents to make her a more valuable catch for the upper castes to marry her into (yeah, she has -those- kind of parents)
still debating on Novel, Light Novel, or Comic approach though. pepper waffles and rolls about while still writing down notes
Going to try to post more wip stuffs over this next week for this and my other stories. I'm also planning on Two streams: Monday around 10pm ish PST, and another sometime on late Tuesday or early Wednesday morning. I -really- need to keep to my schedule, so I'm working on some other things behind the scenes. More info tomorrow.
