If "Quality Content" was a 90's anime (ANIMATION)

This was so much fun to make. I tried emulating the style of Sailor Moon for this one. Of course.
Since I'm still at the start, I'll use some references until I get a good grip on animating things with no ref at all.
Plus, it takes a lot of practice to master frame by frame and understanding how to recreate the retro effects. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out so far, but I'll try to keep improving it until it looks super legit.
Also added two of the process steps, the clean lines and the colors without camera motion.
