If you don't like the way the original idle animation opens the legs wide and stretches the skirt, I recommend this mod.
However, in the case of Lalafell, if a very long staff is equipped, the tip of the staff will dip into the ground.

I have tested this with all races and all genders, some of which should not have anything applied to them and it still clips through any of them, save for the Hrothgar and male Roegadyns... Even with all other mods deactivated I still have some clipping around the thigh.

I prefer this stance in general over the base one, as this one exudes an aura of the destructive force that black mages possess far better. Now, the irony is that you say this one is to avoid skirt stretching, but sadly it causes the right leg to clip through most hakamas, skirts and whatnot.
