Steban and Marsha shared a lot of moments like this when he first stayed in Oddwind. He did his best to be a big brother to Marsha, but he was the one who learned most from the feisty but courageous pup.
Do you think Steban found a home? He surely has been low-key looking for it since he was a pup. But these matters aren't always so simple...
I have quite a few of these, but they're way too spoiler-ish to share at the moment T^T
This sketch/painterly style is both fast and time-consuming at the same time. I use it a lot when I'm trying to solve scenes and think quickly with images.

My feeling of home is wherever you feel you belong, and I feel like that’s kind of like Steban. He feels like he belongs wherever he’s adventuring or wandering, never settling in one place. Just a thought, but I think his home is the adventurous wilderness.
