Baltazar does have a way to inspire fear in one's heart, and sometimes he knows just the way to crush hopes - it's circumstantial, it's not his fault. He's just trying to keep her safe, right?

I still stand by the comment of Baltazar genuently careing about Deli and I'm kinda hopefull for them (tho I'm also thinking this won't last) Balt having lot of personal things that I imagine he wouldn't like to share I think Deli could be the light he needs
