How have you all been??
Here's a character I believe I have never properly introduced before - meet Doctor Vlad! You can see him in this page back in Up and Ahead!
He's a very straight-to-the-point guy, independent, seasoned and practical to an almost extreme degree. He can be really scary (and honestly, it's like he enjoys that) but trust him, he's very good at what he does!
He has a different story for each time someone asks him how he lost his leg. Edgar was the one who built him a very functional prosthetic.
He came from the north, from a very far away land and has a thick accent. He knows a thing or two about authoritarians and naturally has a bone to pick with Baltazar.
I would absolutely LOVE to hear your thoughts on the Doc! Your suggestions, impressions and opinions matter so much to me!!!

I love this guy, he seems super interesting! I don't know if it's what you intended, but I get a sense of zaniness from this guy. XD Maybe it's that top left panel?
