Community Update (This Week's Schedule)

Well, this is the beginning of something BIG that has been requested for over a year........
***BANGTAN UNIVERSE*** 😱😬
It feels like we are coming off a birthday HIGH and need to keep it going! If you are new, last year we went through the entire chronological journey of MVs, but we strategically excluded a handful of MVs and films that were specific to the BU ( minus a few exceptions). Starting this week, we will be diving deeper into storyline which has eluded us for so long.
For simplicity, we are separating it into 3 "eras" (hyyh, wings, love yourself). This week it'll be HYYH. We've hinted at this during this year during all our updates. Many have asked for the BU so we're excited to finally jump in. We know not everyone watches the BU, but perhaps this will be a good time to jump in with us. Our admin and summary writer did an INCREDIBLE job of explaining everything and giving us a good starting point. (**BE SURE TO WATCH THE INTRO OF TUESDAYS VIDEO, WE EXPLAIN OUR PROCESS THERE**)
The excitement doesn't end there! This week we are starting the next docuseries, BREAK THE SILENCE! 🎉🥳
We know there was a lot of excitement for Bon Voyage, but don't worry. That is coming next. Break the Silence was filmed before BV4, and as you may have noticed, we like to watch things chronologically whenever possible. Either way, we are super excited to watch the continuation of the Love Yourself Tour.
And finally to end the week, we have a ridiculously epic episode of ATLA (2nd to last 😢), and a hilarious episode of RUN BTS.

2024-03-12 16:10:16 +0000 UTCI deadass have a 54 page single spaced document of my initial BU notes. There's SO much symbolism and meaning and interconnectedness and STORY in this universe. I'm a nerd. I love world-building and lore and the BU is as rich a lore as any I've seen. I'm excited for this part of your journey! Just know everything has meaning. The tough part sometimes is distinguishing when the story is being told literally and when the imagery is thematic or symbolic. For the most part, HYYH and LY eras are literal, Wings and MOTS are more thematic/metaphorical but they both still advance the plot. Just try to think about the material on as many levels as you can and take notes. haha

And then for 3 Saturdays in a row they did the last 3 eps of TROB to finish the series so they could start doing Run BTS every Saturday since there are so many episodes! Which they started doing in February. But they don’t do Run Eps during birthday weeks and we recently had Hobi + Yoongi’s birthday weeks which were 1 week apart! So that’s why Run BTS hasn’t been every week recently but it should be going forward since we’re back to the regular schedule until the next birthday week (JK in Sept)! Sorry for the long comment, just wanted to explain! Borahae💜

You have to watch them in order plus the wings tour announcement goes in there too, the wings short films, the Hyyh era a lot of videos have things in the credits/ after credits that’s apart of the BU. Also the Love yourself highlight reels. HOWEVER!! Make sure you don’t watch the summary videos until after because it’s kinda cheating lol, but full videos that have the full story that take about 2hrs are good and is probably easier for y’all to follow. I’m so excited for y’all’s reaction.

During birthday weeks they’ve stated they do two songs and two interview/personality videos. They did two, so now we wait for them to get to other songs later. That is how they did Hobi week as well. They have a lot stacked up and are starting BU as many people have requested for a long time. I’m sure they’ll get to it soon enough.

Or have their videos just blocked. To prevent your channel to be copyrighted, it is maybe best to release either an altered version on youtube or make it a free content (without any alteration) on Patreon.

The movies show the concert and some additional tour footage and then they use the documentaries to expand on that and they add more interviews (discussing things that we've seen in the movie).
