It honestly might just be a me thing which is totally cool too. I just view time and energy as such precious things that I wouldn't use it by being this upset at a reaction channel to the point of sounding controlling and creepy. I've stopped consuming many things, channels, etc. that were not up to my standards, liking, or preference cause I understand people have different tastes so while I don't prefer it, others may. But I leave just as peacefully as I came which is without leaving any rude, mean, or discouraging comments. Some of the comments sound so forceful and authoritative.

Re-posting what I posted last night on YouTube here:Thank you, CCW, for not only addressing concerns with this document, but also validating some of the concerns that were raised and looking for solutions. I’m not sure why so many people have a “watch or shut up” attitude. I feel like there isn’t a problem with valid concerns being brought up, and I really do appreciate your listening, explaining, and taking action. The miscommunication with the summary writer and fixing that, doing away with polls or at a minimum keeping polls to the relevant platforms when they are needed - all of that helps us understand, fixes where there were problems, etc. As a top tier Patreon member who pays just so I can occasionally go back and watch content there but mostly just chooses to support everything you do, but has no patience for Discord and 99% of the time doesn’t feel it necessary to vote, I feel like this was a positive step. And to everyone now saying the criticism was unwarranted, people are just awful, etc., etc…you will all benefit from all of this, too. Obviously name calling and ugliness is uncalled for, but BTS has never said we should sit down and shut up. To the contrary, they have said use anger for something positive, speak yourself. I think that a huge majority of comments provided constructive criticism. Just as ARMY doesn’t want to be known for what Solo/Antis/Akgaes/Mantis do in and around our spaces, it’s also not fair to paint everyone who posted criticism as being hateful, unnecessary, ungrateful, etc.

I don't post alot, but I've been here since the beginning of CCW's journey, and I will watch anything BTS they put out. Just wanted to say that sometimes giving the squeaky wheels too much oil, makes them squeakier. I am a teacher and I've taught my students to ignore comments meant to bother and distract, and the offender will get bored/not get the result that they want, and go away or stop. I do the same, and my classroom management time as gone down from about 65% to 40% lol!! Most of the comments I've read are positive, or while giving differing opinion, are not down right hostile and accusatory. Some are, and those people will NEVER be happy. I have seen this happen so many time with reactors, where they get love bombed for reacting to and loving BTS, but as time goes on if some of the public is not getting their way, they start to turn. If you seem too amenable to changing your ways for these people, THEY WILL NOT STOP, and they will feel power and ownership that THEY DON'T HAVE. Also, solo stans are pretty much zombies. You cannot reason with them. They are on a mission and are obsessive, or I suspect, mostly trolls, and they come out in droves. They have a network and once they target a victim they horde together and attack. Well that was more than I wanted to say, so I'll stop here. Love you all. Thank you for hard work. You bring so much joy. P.S. I agree with limiting the number of polls. I think the fact that nearly everything you watch is voted on and decided by others, creates anxiety that the majority will always win, especially in those who feel like their opinions are rarely that of the majority. I love the CCW picks bc who can argue with YOU wanting to watch what YOU want to watch. I would be 1000% ok with flipping the ratio and having more of your reactions be your choice (with the help of your admin), with special polls maybe a couple times per month.

Hello. I am sorry you came back from vacation to this. Frankly I am a bit baffled on why the huge reaction to it. I think all of us Army have at some point or another watched something without the full context behind it and then pieced together the meaning or importance of it. It's just natural in the context of one's busy life. You guys have gone beyond and tried to provide explanations and documents for full transparency, far more than any other reactor I have seen has done and I think everyone needs to learn to appreciate it. Know that far more people watch your reactions and enjoy them although maybe not always comment or even watch what others comment than those who have negative things to write. In any case I am excited to see what's next and watch your album reaction to Wings tonight when I finish work.

I have been with CCW from the beginning, and I just want to say that you are my favorite reactors. And I have seen tons of them, lol. You are genuine, funny, sincere, and just fabulous to watch. I love the banter before the reactions. It makes me laugh every time. I can also relate to a lot of what you go through being a 56 year old mom of two, now grown, boys. I also want to give a huge shout out to the ARMY's you have helping you. They are doing a great job with a not so easy task. I also want to apologize for the ungrateful, rude, demanding, pushy, and downright mean people. I read a lot of the comments and I have seen some shockingly rude people. I don't even want to call them ARMY because that is not how true ARMY are or act. Again, let me mention that I am 56 so I do have some wisdom, maturity, and knowledge. We are here to enjoy the journey of people discovering and falling in love with our guys. We should be supportive, informative, and grateful that people want to take time out of their busy lives to create content for us to enjoy and have fun and build a whole new community of ARMY. I see so many people complain about Patreon and accuse reactors of just doing it to make money or to only do reaction their way with no regard to us, the people CHOOSING to subscribe. If you think any of the reactors on Patreon are making tons of money, you are very much incorrect. Especially when you put that against the cost to record and edit videos. And CCW goes even further than I have seen other reactors go. They have created a team and documentation to keep track of everything they do or want to do in order to try and keep things fair and organized. Very few reactors go to those lengths for us ARMY. And some of you have repaid them by complaining and acting like entitled, spoiled brats. To me that is totally unacceptable. Again, they don't have to do any of it. They could just be ARMY like most of us and continue their journey completely off camera or offline. Nearly all reactors, on YouTube, have to move to Patreon or some other platform to be able to react to videos that YouTube blocks. And those platforms make the reactors charge to use the site. If you do not want to pay the small monthly fees you have that choice. There is plenty of content on YouTube and millions of reactors for you to watch for free. It has made me sick to my stomach and very angry seeing and reading comments from some very immature, ungrateful, selfish, "ARMY" regarding these beautiful, genuine people. They have never said a negative thing about the boys or even ARMY. They have stayed positive and have gone to great lengths to try to please and accommodate us as much as possible. There are millions of us, and you few want them to do what you want and when you want it?? How selfish, you should be ashamed to call yourselves ARMY. I am even upset at the fact that CCW felt they needed to create a document explaining their process and schedules. SO WHAT if they watched Hobi's vLive before seeing the entire Lollapalooza concert! They just wanted to see him live and enjoy his interaction with ARMY. It was also a poll winner. They had ARMY able to explain the work Hobi put in as well as knowing that themselves. They certainly know by now that the guys always put in 200% to anything they do. And I don't know how many times they explained why Hobi was a little behind in the reactions to his album which made perfect sense. They started reacting after his album came out. Simple as that. They did by no means ignore him or make him less important. I am a Hobi bias and have been fine with their reactions to his content. I felt very confident they would get to it, so I was happy to continue to watch them until they did. I love all of their reactions to whatever they choose because I love people reacting to any and all things BTS, OT7 or solo. I have been ARMY since 2018 Love Yourself Trilogy. I fell for BTS because of their positivity, generosity, beautiful souls, and amazing talents. And all 7 are gorgeous, lol. And then I became ARMY, and I was so proud to call myself that because I was now a part of this beautiful, amazing, loving, and generous community. I will be ARMY until my last breath. I am sorry for my extremely long post and rant but this has been on my mind and building up for a while now and I reached the point where I could not stay quiet anymore. There is nothing wrong with expressing opinions or making suggestions or asking questions. But it should be in a respectful and positive way. Also… just my unsolicited general opinion for my fellow viewers (not specifically related to hobi week) — They don’t have to ‘react’ to everything (content-wise) in their channel. I mean… I hope we, as viewers, can give them some leeway; they can choose to watch some things privately in their own time, whether together or alone. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Like… don’t you wanna sometimes watch stuff while eating or while in your jammies or while in the bus or during one of your well-earned ‘lazy days’ when you spend hours lying in bed just watching videos, etc etc etc.? I hope they all have the chance to enjoy some content in their own time, without the pressure of filming. Just a tiny example… they watched a part of YouQuiz with us. I saw some complaints saying that they should have watched the whole episode though even though it’s longer than what CCW watches with us. Well, who knows, maybe they’ll watch it in their own time or maybe they already did 🤷🏻‍♀️ The point is… not EVERYTHING needs to be filmed for us to see. No one (ccw AND viewers) is forced to be here… everyone is free to leave if he/she doesn’t feel like this isn’t the place to be.

It's y'alls personal jopurney and really we should just watch y'all on your path! May I please just say ONE thing!? Don't take a song off your list because you've heard it once!! There are so many amazing performances- I mean there are a billion Go Go's and Anpanman and Butter's and Dynamite's- they isn't ever a time where I've been disappointed with a performance- even if I don't love a song (Permission to dance (sounded like a high school musical song for me and I LOVE ed Sheeran but..... not a favorite of mine.) First I would like to say that watching you guys' reactions always makes my day and are always looking forward to your videos. Thank you for clearing up misunderstandings (even if you don't have to) and are still making reactions for us to watch!💜💜 Now this is just a suggestion, PLEASE NO HATE! (Since you guys like watching things in chronological order) **BTS Universe - I think it'll be best to dig deeper into the universe after the Wings album since the short solo MVs does tie up into the story. Then maybe read the notes and the webtoon (if you have time since they are pretty long) or if not watch the 'Love Yourself Highlight Reel' and 'BTS Universe Story: Official Trailer' which gives you more info about the universe then maybe watch the story summary 2020 update by xCeleste (you have watched her videos before). She goes into explaining how everything goes in order using the MVs, notes, the highlight, the game, and the webtoon. And if you really want to get into it there is an upcoming KDrama about the whole universe called Youth which is coming out this year (it doesn't have to be a reaction, just for you own interest). **BIRTHDAY WEEK - I think it'll be a good idea to stick with the videos and music that came out during Chapter 1 while doing the OT7 albums since it'll be easier to relate to things and know info about without spoiling anything; then maybe add recent videos and music when you guys are in the Chapter 2 or solo era. I just think it's easier that way so you don't jump timeline then get confused because you can't relate to what is happening or the not know the reason for that particular video. And it'll go along side your chronological journey of knowing BTS. (I don't know if any of this make sense🤷🏻‍♀️. Like an example would be when picking videos for SUGA's birthday you guys focus more on things he did in Chapter 1 like music from his two mixtapes, solos from OT7 albums, and/or his collabs with artist during that time. Once again this is just a suggestion!!

Let me start by saying, I really love this channel and the laughter you all bring. After interacting with people (sometimes unreasonable) all day, your videos are something I really look forward to. If I am not able to watch during the week, I will wait and watch them all on the weekend. But for a second ( or two) I honestly thought we were getting the ole heave-ho because truly I would understand if you decided to power off and enjoy BTS on your own. The only encouragement I have...if this is the course you want to take, then stay on it. I hope that you continue to have fun. Y'all are so incredibly kind, I sometimes can't wrap my head around it. You're so full of love and possess a level of patience that I'm not sure I could ever have. "And we know a lot of the criticisms came from a place of love as well". Like, wow. I just want to express my gratitude because you've made your journey feel like I'm rediscovering BTS again. I've seen everything you guys have reacted to, but it's giving me an entirely new perspective - especially when you point out specific musical techniques I might have caught on to before but didn't know the proper term for or know how to explain. I also wanted to add that I genuinely don't care what BTS content you react to. There's SO MUCH to get to and for those that have a problem with it are actually insane. I'm from one of the earlier ARMY waves so I can't put into words how eternally grateful I am for people giving the boys the attention they deserve, but MORE THAN THAT, the respect and the patience to learn about them properly. I'd much rather a reactor watch things at a steady pace to be able to take it all in versus watching and uploading 5-10 videos a day and hardly taking any info in. Even when you guys are uncertain about things and make little jokes here and there, they're very lighthearted and not meant to offend at all. You are all so careful when speaking about certain things and I know we also owe it to your team behind the scenes. I just want to reiterate that once upon a time, people would have gone to hell and back to see people giving BTS the attention and genuine curiosity and love you guys are approaching this journey with. There are FAR too many people who clearly use BTS in their videos for the sake of clicks. Unfortunately, too many ARMY fall for the trap, which can be understandable as some of these people can be pretty convincing. On the other end, there are reactors (a small handful) whose genuine, positive intentions bleed through the screen. You guys are one thousand percent in that category. You guys bleed purple. It baffles me that people either don't see that or don't see how careful you are with every step of this journey. But let's not focus on them. Let's focus on everyone else who sees how genuinely excited and loving y'all are. We're all behind you and will always have a space for you in this wonderful family called ARMY for as long as you want to be here. I have a feeling it'll be for a lifetime. Lol. You're far too down the rabbit hole now. But seriously, just, thank you. Again. 💜

I read the entire document. First off, Borahae to CCW and the ENTIRE team (it takes a village, right?). Second, I don't know about other people's experiences but I don't think there are a lot of reactors out there, BTS or not, that is as organized as CCW and the team. I applaud CCW and the admins team for being so organized with their BTS journey from the very beginning, and so up front as well with CCW's scheduling limitations. The bottom line in my view: CCW is not just a reaction channel but a channel that documents the reactors' journey into the BTS universe. Every Army had their own BTS journey. If anyone wants to criticize CCW on how they are going about their journey, go find some other generic BTS reactors who are only after YouTube views.

to be honest when i see the schedule for the week if i don’t particularly love a video you guys are watching i just say aa and move on it literally doesn’t bother me that much because you are gonna watch most of the content anyways so it isn’t that deep. i looove the longer videos so if there isn’t much of that i just sigh but i understand that you guys have jobs so i keep going with my life. i think 4-5 videos a week is amazing considering how others post. i honestly think even though you post a lot it’s never really a bad quality video. In my humble opinion, CCW supporters defending them isn't always the best way to deal with this as it creates more fights because some defenders start feeling like attackers with their choice of words. I think the best way to support is by commenting directly about how much you enjoyed their reaction instead of commenting on what you may think are unnecessary opinions or hate comments. I'm sure they are adults who know when people are just being hateful and when it comes from a place of sharing a different way to others feel would make their experience better. I understand that it is hard to catch up to all BTS contents, they’ve been in the industry for more than 10 years now and they do a lot of contents. It was probably another mistake and we know that ccw have addressed this issue. They arent going to be perfect in this journey, no one’s perfect. First I would like to thank you for the transparency. You guys go beyond and above to make sure every thing is done in full transparency and I really appreciate that. I am one of those who have had questions about how the process in choosing what to watch works, so I appreciate that you not only gave us the full context but is also willing to listen to those of us who only wanted to suggest things that could increase the quality in your experience as an Army. To me being Army means loving BTS, and loving BTS = giving priority to the oficial content they and their company work hard to curate and give to us, for that’s what they want us to see from them, instead of going for any other alternatives (primarily). That said, it does make me happy to know that the official content (BTS or solo content) are in your future plans to see. Discography, Concerts, BTS Festa, Musters, BTS Gayo, GCFs, Run BTS, Bon Voyage, In the Soop, Summer and Winter packages, BTS N.O.W, Memories, BU, Seasons Greetings, Bangtan Bombs, BTS Episodes, vlives, Wlives, etc… these are all MUST sees for every Army in my opinion. I understand it is a lot of content and that’s why I’m not expecting you to watch all this by the time the guys are back, I don’t even know if you will be done with the Run episodes by the time they are back next year, AND add that to all the solo content!.. Trust me, I’ve been army since 2019 but I only recently finished watching all the BTS Memories out there. So yeah, I get it, the boys love their fans so much that they never want us to not have enough content to watch or listen to when we’re missing them (our Hobi is about to release something for us very soon 💜). I guess, what I’m trying to say here is, I get that it must be overwhelming and you sometimes must feel like you don’t know where to start, and to that I say please, always go for the original content first. I think it’s for the best. Not to say you shouldn’t watch to some “fan-made” videos here and there if something catches you eye, but from my experience, the best way to not be confused or missing context of things you see is to always prefer watching right from the source first (for example, in fan made members personality videos, sometimes I feel like most of what you guys are seeing in those are things from like Run BTS or Run BTS Behind that you have not watched yet and because of that you end up being confused or not knowing what’s going on…). I’m using the opportunity to put this here too bc it’s something I’ve also noticed it happens not just to you but to many bts reactors out there. It’s just my suggestion, if it were up to me I would prefer that you went for oficial stuff first and then later go for the alternatives if you must. I have always appreciated your transparency and openness to feedback. I will share that you are the first BTS reactors I watched (MIC Drop in June of 2023). I had never really listened to BTS before, heard the name and seen pictures but never took the time to learn anything. Your energy and being new to the journey as I was made me happy. I then joined your Patreon and do not regret it. I agree. I love CCW and I don't think they are being rude to Hobi on purpose but it seems like it. With the way Hobi was treated in the earlier days of the band, it's upsetting to see him being tossed to the side sometimes. They watched part of Yoongi's concert which is over a year after Hobi, so I understand why upsetting to fans. But I don't hold it against them. Things happen and it's not intentional.

The patreon makes it so that we get more videos and we get to vote on some of the videos BUT that doesn’t make us their bosses. If you’re not enjoying their content simply stop paying for the subscription and just watch them on Youtube or not at all. I really appreciate the transparency, time and effort they put into each of the reactions, I honestly do not understand the discontent of some people, I really enjoy its content and what they want to see is good for me, order is important in certain cases but it is not mandatory. So I hope that reacting to BTS is not a bitter and painful process due to people, remember that the channel is yours and if it is okay to take opinions more do not get carried away by people who only seek to leave you wrong. I think most reactors find that when their platform is reaching too many ppl the wrong ones get in. There is no reason you should have to explain yourself about anything.
