For example, I'll focus on Hobi Week only since that just passed, but when they did watch the vlive with Hobi and Jimin - Jimin mentioned that Hobi did not sing "Blue Side," and he had wanted him to. Don't you think Gabe and Daniel would LOVE "Blue Side" ?? I had been thinking about it over the past few months and wanted to suggest it for Hobi Week, but I am not on Discord. No one suggested it for the poll tho, and I feel like it's a particular song that would 100% fall in line with the vibe Gabe and Daniel like, but Abigail and Summer would highly enjoy it too, I think.

I love what you said about suggesting content that we know CCW will have an interest in. That’s what I’m always focused on when recommending stuff. Even non-BTS stuff I will have a random thought like “omg the CCW wives would love this” or “I wonder what the husbands reaction would be to this”… 🤣🥰 (not that I recommend those on their BTS-only reaction channel but hopefully you catch my drift~ lol). Like you said, I feel like people on all the different platforms really band together and take advantage of the polls.

I have seen so many comments from very obvious solos, presenting as ARMY, so I agree. I also noticed they had no context for the MAMA 2022 performance (about why only Hobi was there, what they won, etc). I found that very odd because they have been given context to other content. I don't know who is responsible for giving them that info. I feel like the rude behavior was never acceptable because the reactors have never shown less love to another member. They have said time and time again that their reactions are based off the poll winners and that the options are based off the highly requested that then become poll options... so I think the issues start and end with those polls. Too many have taken advantage of it. Even when it comes to solo work, they'll mention in reactions about wanting to know what GCF is, or what Joon was working on in NY (mono), for example, but then when it comes time for polls - the options are vlives or content with other idols. I'm not saying not to watch that stuff, but at least take into consideration what CCW has expressed interest in. We should request things like when the guys play instruments, or showing them in the studio. Even fun content like that one BangtanB0mb where they were recording "Ddaeng" and we saw them rehearse and then perform (where Tae got on stage)...they've seen the performance so watching the behind the scenes is fun additional content. I don't know if what I'm trying to say is making sense, but I just think the polls is where a lot of the problems stem from.

I'm so sorry people are being so annoying and negative about your bts journey, which I am having such a fun time watching. it's really not that serious, this should be a fun, exciting time, and people that charge it with so much stress and tension are completely missing the point. PLEASE just do this how you guys are happy and comfortable to do it. Please just explore the content you want to explore, as and when you come to it - without this joy, there's no point. Some people are saying they understand why they didn't want to watch lollapalooza because they wouldn't know some of the songs..but isn't that what they do when they listen to a album they never heard..that's how you hear the songs from concerts or lollapalooza. Hi CCW!! If you don't mind me adding my two cents here, I would like to chime in a bit. I actually think letting people have too much input on your channel, for your own journey, is the problem. In your last comment you said "To be completely transparent and open, it is disheartening to see, cause everything we have done or changed this year has been for you guys and based on your feedback. " While that's very kind of you to wanna listen to ARMY voices and consider feedback, I feel like too many people felt they had power over how the channel went. I saw comments from people telling you to hold back on album reviews and instead to watch behind the scenes videos. I saw some demand for some members over others—and we do have a serious problem with solos that go to reactors and try and sway them to only focus on their favorite member. I noticed you got some context on some members content, but not others. Feeling the need to cater to a lot of those comments (based off your statement of everything you've done/changed being for the audience), and maybe thinking they were ARMY (when many were likely solos) had others feeling you were only focusing on certain members more. I know many people wanted equal balance of listening to the members Chapter 2 work, and I do agree, but I do not think the delivery of requests were always very nice or encouraging. Some felt authoritative, and I think that's when giving too much power to an audience can end up turning the channel into something that may not have been your initial plan. I think you guys are genuinely here to get to know BTS and enjoy their music, which is why I watch you guys (I stopped watching most reactors who just use BTS/ARMY for clout) and I even pay money for this subscription. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to actually see people wanna react to their whole albums. I think your plan of watching their docs and shows is awesome, but I also love that you listen to their full albums. Additional content is always fun too, but I think respecting their music enough to listen to it (album reviews/performances) and then learn about their creative process (docs) and friendship and humor (BV, ITS, Run BTS) will always be a good idea. I listen to what piques your interest when you make comments about certain songs, and I always wanna be like "oh that's this...you'd love the instruments on that," but I don't comment because I feel like it's pointless when people on discord will ultimately decide what's going in your poll. Like I said, wanting our feedback is awesome and if you do CCW Picks based off feedback - even better... but I personally believe you do not need polls because that is where you give a little, and some people take a lot comes in.

I think it’s fair that discord and patreon have more voting power than youtube since they are more exclusive and dedicated platforms for their viewers and community. And you cannot expect every single comment and request to be implemented, they need some form a filtering. There are only so many hours in a day and they are just four people, with regular jobs AND lives AND kids.

I agree. I've never been a part of any kind of fandom at all until my BTS journey. I was encouraged by how Army supported BTS and each other. But of course there are outliers and CCW's experience is one that I do not wish to see at all. We should all be the fans that reflect what the members stand for and one that BTS can be proud of.

I appreciate your efforts to try and accommodate everybody. I will just say one thing, would it have been great to see hobipalooza during hobi week? sure! but on the other hand I know you guys would have not been able to get to all of his music either so it would be kind of difficult to react to hobipalooza and you would have had absolutely no clue to what the songs are so please don't rush to watch hobipalooza or rush through hobi's discography because yalls reactions have always been genuine and if you just react to hobipalooza just because everybody is telling you to and not because you want to (not saying you don't) then it won't seem genuine. One more thing, I also want yall to remember that yall don't need all these rules and things, just react to what you want and cut out the polls. To be honest, I don't understand why people are so judgmental of how CCW chose their path to learning about BTS. I mean, there's no right or wrong way here. You can't learn everything all at once. It takes time. Sometimes, there's a detour that can happen, and they won't be able to follow the chronology. My 2 cents here is, you can't please everybody, might as well just go with the pace you're comfortable with. If you let all these rude comments get to you, it stops being fun. I hope everyone remembers that this is supposed to be a great community and the goal is to have fun. Right now, we're all just going thru the same thing of missing the boys while in the military. Let's all get thru it together, but hopefully in a respectful manner.

I’m really sorry for everything that has been happening. Army is a huge fandom, we have many different kinds of ppl, and unfortunately that includes rude ppl or ppl who aren’t even fans… more solo stans. My only ever complaint was that you should be given better context on what you are watching so you won’t be as lost. I really appreciate all the content you put out. I also really enjoy your personal talks and bloopers, you are all very genuine people and I love seeing you learn more about our guys. I’m all for the constructive criticism and the ppl sharing their thoughts on what to do better. I think best to just do it without any polls or”official schedules” and decide yourself. you don’t have to put out the schedule each week and polls because if a song in a poll loses, or a song is chosen but the other is not, there may be arguments and “why this is not chosen” “but I think this song is better than that song “‘guys vote this they react to many V videos why not Suga”etc etc so best they just chose it without as many poll so there will be less arguments and no official schedules since most react channels I watch does not do things this official best when you could freely react without much judgement or thousands of people’s opinion on which song to pick what content to watch first etc

I rarely post, but I have been here since the beginning. I watch y’all cause of how genuine your curiosity for BTS is. I get that you want to include everyone in your decision making, but unfortunately you can’t please everyone. I’ve been in the kpop loop for 14 years and let me tell you I’ve seen many reactors come and go. It’s once they start letting people dictate what they should watch and do, that they end up leaving, because it is no longer fun and interesting. I really hope you guys don’t let these pushy people (yes ur being pushy) dictate your journey. Because at the end of the day it’s yours. Watch what you want please. I was so worried when I saw the post about the comments! I love this channel so much, I was here for the first video and pay here even if it's a little too much for me (because I am brazilian) because this is my confort channel. You guys saved me from a anxiety attack once, because you make me forget every bad thing. I really like the channel, every video even if the content of one is not my thing, I watch and it become a new happy thing. I was worried and MAD with people. I just want to say that CCW is a fun and enjoyable watch for me. I laugh and enjoy hearing their openings and closings. I like seeing their personalities shine through. You guys are a comfort watch and I have favorite reactions I watch over and over when I need a boost. My sister and I anticipate your releases. It’s good to listen and learn. The problem was that yes it is their channel and their journey .and everyone keeps saying let them watch what they..but the BIG problem is they don't watch what they want with the polls. They let patreon and discord decide what over 100 thousand youtubers will watch with no consideration to their youtube followers requests. If they have an administrative crew their job should be to count all request not just patreon and discord..and also check out some of the requests to help them decide..they did the same for Vs bday they watch a small video with songs they already reacted to and said it was because discord suggested it..instead of all Vs beautiful solo songs.

Personally I think the only time the content should be questioned is when it isn’t directly from the source or 3rd party channels. Hello CCW, I’ve been a loyal subscriber to your channel since your first bts content and as soon as your patreon was open, I subscribed too. You know why? It was because you are genuinely curious and love BTS. Throughout your journey, I enjoyed all videos and even I haven’t seen all the new content of chapter 2. So I was happy to watch it together. BUT, this might seem “complaining” for some, but I really do want to say smth regarding certain contents. Quantity is not what matters, but quality does. I follow lots of reactors and even pay them on patreon, so you can say that I do know how others do with scheduling their content. One thing I do notice during my journey with reactors is that most do NOT use polls to decide what and who they want to watch. Most of them have admins too and reactors and their admins decides for themselves what to react. So while polls are a very democratic way to choose what to watch, it is also a way to give voice to those negative comments. Believe me, most reactors disabled comments/polls due to that reason. You can never satisfy everyone and you all know that already as you’ve countlessly mentioned it. So, if I may just suggest something (I believe some had already mentioned this too): this is the time to stop with the polls and decide for YOURSELVES what you want to watch and what will interest you. Of course there is no harm on listening to your subscribers/patreons. That’s why it is maybe a better idea to collect those requests and make a monthly poll instead of a daily one and focus on that one big chuck of content. For example a concert or festa maybe? I follow one reactor who does one concert per month starting from the beginning and this is really fun to do and no one is complaining as they know the other concerts are on the way. If time is short, it really wont harm to only release 3 videos a week or every other day (most reactors had abounded daily uploads as they cannot catch up with BTS content and the demands of their subscribers). With those changes in mind and less uploads during the week, you can focus more on longer videos and more member-focused type ones. Watching bad edited videos to compensate the time or watch some lives that are lacking context, will get you guys more confused and will your subscribers feel disappointed as you’ve missed what is actually important. For example the You Quiz, you’ve lost so many context cs the video you’ve watched was so chunky and left out a big portion of a wholesome interview. I know there is A LOT of content and you can easily drown in it, but a member’s birthday is the perfect moment to watch and listen to their albums and solo projects. Even if that week only has 3 videos, at least you’ve seen their most important work. The lack of context for hobi’s videos was the most alarming (for me at least). I’ve seen al your videos you have and this came to a shocking to me that whatever content you’ve watched was not researched or given any context, which gave you more confusion in return. It won’t harm to open google or have the BTS wiki on the side (they do well explaining all bts content in small paragraphs). Some will say that every army went blindly watching BTS content, but army didn’t come so far to just accept whatever is thrown at them. No, we research, ask and question everything. I get that this might be tiring, but CCW has a team of people and the least they can provide you is context and some explanation on what is being watched. I have seen this multiple times for album reviews, where the lack of context is given by your admins. I have a deep love for their music and it hurt me a lot how casually each song is being explained. I really REALLY love your work and dedication on making these videos for us and I cannot thank you more than enough for your hard work and this is why I and many of your subscribers genuinely want to help you four to overcome this hurdle. Many reactors I follow have crashed against the wall like this and many also survived it by removing the polls first and foremost. They decided for THEMSELVES what they want to watch and everyone accepts it and moved on. Negative comments will always be there, but your loyal watchers will continue to stay. There might be videos we won’t like, but at least you four decided it for yourselves. Guidance can always be given by your admins and your community. Simply ask something with “Hey, we want to start with this certain content. Where do we start? What is the best link?” Armys will gladly give you feedback and most of us are all just one big brain and will give you the right order. You can then read those comments and start from there. Your admins and those on discord can help you further in fine tuning that certain content (give you more info about the host or the stage or when in the tl this happened etc…) This is just what I’ve seen with many reactors and how to keep everything healthy. If a certain series content will only upload once a week then so be it. We all can wait, but at least we know it is coming with a lot of care and research. Now this went long, but I genuinely do want to give you all four a big hug and say that it is right to feel this disappointment after returning from your wonderful trip. This is not a good way to start a new week, but do mind that there are still those like me, who silently supporting and watch all your content. Negative comments might be overtaken you right now, but read all those positive ones too. Those that are cheering you up and continuously supporting. We are still here you know? Whatever decision you guys will make, we still hope your love for bts will stay (I don’t doubt that tho haha) Again, sorry for the long comment 🙇🏻‍♀️💜

Don’t do a poll every video, make polls special, and these people will eventually leave or block them. There’s no getting through to them. Take suggestions, get links to good videos but choose yourself. Do official content. Break concerts up into multiple day viewing behind the scenes, if you want to watch a concert. It’s gonna be one video for us so does it really matter if you guys watched it over 3 days.

I really love ya’lls channel and reactions but I just don’t thing you need ‘systems’. I follow a lot of reactors but you guys are the only ones that do it this way. There doesn’t need to be a million polls, just react to stuff and we’ll watch. Being army shouldn’t feel like a job or be stressful, react to whatever you want to react to and we’re here to enjoy the ride of course people are going to have requests but then just make a note and get to it when you get to it. Like all the times you’ve heard songs and wanted to react but it didn’t win a poll? If you like then enjoy it when you want to. I’m probably saying nonsense or over simplifying but it’s your channel, you do what you want to.

Oh guys.. 🥹🥹 I really hope that we won’t get any bad news from you. We hope you continue and don’t stop the channel because of the pressure! If you do, most of us would probably understand your decision though. But know that you bring such joy to so many of us as we watch content together with you ☺️ Ignore all the hate comments. Every fandom has its weird people. I think that army is especially full of those.. Sorry but facts. That being said.. Maybe there is some changes you can make going forward. I am not sure if in this case there were problems with polls’ results and this is only my opinion, of course.. but I have always thought and sometimes said in the comments on Patreon that the polls (especially the options that come out on the polls) most of the time just don’t make sense. And this is where usually some disappointment from army comes from. What is more, I don’t think I have seen reactors with such a complicated way to choose videos to react to as you have (discord recommendations which are under certain rules which are voted on and then make the poll and so on). I would suggest REMOVING POLLS AT ALL. I think you are smart enough to choose what to watch, and it is YOUR channel after all. Have you heard the saying ‘too many cooks spoil the broth’? It is exactly what is happening a lot of times. You want to try to involve everyone who wants to and at the end just lose yourself because of the pressure. I personally think that if someone wants to recommend a video, it can be done in comments. We know you read comments a lot, so you will notice if something is recommended a lot and therefore is probably worth watching. I would actually suggest that you just choose some reactor that has been reacting to BTS content and just follow their way (sequence) of reacting. If you need recommendations of good reactors, just ask your admin or us in a separate post. Anyways - just a suggestion. You could also disable comments on every post if it helps your mental state and we would still understand 😄 Love you guys!

People like to exaggerate everything online so don’t take it to heart. If this is about polls and the choice of videos - I am not sure how specific videos make it to the polls and sometimes I question why certain videos made it to the polls, but it’s not something people need to make a big deal out of. Also, you won’t be able to satisfy everyone and there’s bound to be someone who has an issue with something. So just do you! I think you guys are doing a great job so far and I am sure most of us feel the same! Don't let negative comments dictate how you operate your channel. You can listen to advice and suggestions, but you do not have to follow it. You have dedicated ARMY supporting your channel. I do not subscribe, I don't like the video if I didn't really like it, etc. I am sure I represent most of the lazy and curious but not engaged YouTube consumers out there, and we don't deserve to have a voice in your polls! > D That should definitely be a perk for Patreon supporters--and the tier to get to vote in the polls is so cheap! This is their BTS JOURNEY and they can decide what to put out and how to put them out. Especially, on the decision part, we should be appreciative, at least, as they do ask for our opinions as well. They are ready to listen to our views. Isn't that something we should keep in mind? And, at least respect? If someone here doesn't like how this is being managed, you can stop supporting and leave. It's simple. Nobody will take you down or hold you responsible for anything. Your opinions can be voiced once or twice. You have the right to express your views, there is nothing wrong in that. But when the confusion is being addressed to their ability, you need to understand that they are doing their best to listen to everyone. They have their own lives, their own problems and struggles. Why keep creating another one from our side?? We ARMYs are much more than that. They cannot take every input all at once. It is not humanely possible. They are giving their best by scheduling time for discovering BTS and gratefully, letting us be a part of it. It is supposed to be beautiful journey. Why are we ruining it for them? HI CCW! Don't sweat it, guys. I know that the reception of the last Hobi video was not good, but it's not that serious. People tend to be mean online, or to exaggerate everything as if it was the end of the world, but that's not reality. We love your reactions (and the boys) and that's why we are so invested. You give out good content and people are often satisfied, but well sometimes there are disagreements and people get mad. We are a big community here, and it's hard to always agree on everything. I know that's why we have polls, but we've seen that sometimes there are "problems" with those options too (which is fine, it can happen). I don't think the issue here even had to do with the poll winners, because the videos were good! But I think that everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY (especially on YouTube) was expecting Hobipalooza. Literally that's it. That's THEE Hobi content. People have been requesting it for a YEAR and thought that the birthday week was going to be the time to watch it. I know that we have a system, but when people request a content so intensely, maybe it'll be wise to make adjustments in the future to try to put that content in the schedule (like you already do with new MVs and stuff). Anyway, I hope that the excessively mean comments don't deter you from watching the boys with us. This is a learning experience for all of us. Don't get discouraged. i have been here since the beginning and the only thing that really bothered me was when you guys confused Jin's high notes for Jimin's or jks, or recently when you jumped into watching J-Hope's V Live before catching Lollapalooza. It just didn't click with me, but I didn't make a big deal out of them because I understand everyone has their own preferences and perspectives. While I can't speak for everyone, I believe it's healthy to accept some constructive criticism now and then. It's obvious that you can't react to everything straight away, and there are bound to be people who are unhappy. But when I see some comments, I have the impression that people don't understand. I too would sometimes like you to react to this or that video or I am disappointed by the winner of a poll BUT I don't need to write a nasty comment to let you know! Comments like "you should watch the video instead of talking" or "you missed this or that moment because you weren't paying attention" are the worst. As a reminder, it’s a REACTION chanel ! Obviously they are talking about the video! In addition, all these little details that they don't notice and that people get angry about are the ones that we notice after having seen the video fifteen times! I'm a little angry and sad because this kind of behavior doesn't make people want to react/know BTS better! ARMYs are supposed to be welcoming, personally I don't want to project a negative image of boys and their community. Especially on a channel which - it must be clarified - gives so much of its effort to satisfy everyone, to be egalitarian in the distribution of videos and which quite simply seems to really like BTS and what they do! CCW I send you lots of strength and love, I love your videos, even if it's hard, don't let the nastiness and frustration of some people weigh down your morale.

I read almost all the reactions and the majority wasn't about ccw choicing the wrong video but who decides the video. All.youtubers want is a say in the process..simple...and there were many reactors being very rude to other reactors for just voicing their opinions. I notice on the polls maybe 3000 people vote where as youtubers are way over 100 thousand subscribers. Which is why I think opening it up to polls is just opening the flood gates for drama. I'd rather they pick what they want without our input because it's asking for input that's made it chaotic...with people feeling like primos keep voting one way and ignoring certain tyoes of content. Receiving negative feedback has to suck but itd part of the process when you solicit viewers from multiple platforms...youtube only watchers probably had the most to say regarding your proceds as they dont partipate in polls , see the content calender etc. You cannot put that feedback on tbe same level with patreon subscribers. I truly believe yall are one of the most genuine reactors out here so yall are going to have to make tough calls and stick with that- even if it means losing subscribers/patreons.

CCW, I just want to say this is your BTS journey and though i’m glad you have people guiding you, it should never be stressful but rather fun, you don’t need to get to every video in a rush you can take your time and discover BTS your way. For the people saying this or that in regards to what you react, you guys should really tone it down cause i’m sure when you got into BTS no one was pressuring you to watch a specific video but you got to it on your own time, let that be the case for CCW. You can suggest a video in a polite way without being sarcastic or rude towards them. I’ve never seen a comment section so toxic because they didn’t react to a video you wanted like seriously? Let them enjoy it and watch if you want or don’t watch but leaving harsh comments makes the environment for them and people who watches a bitter one. 💜

I’m a patreons to a 5 BTS reactors who control their own journey and watch what they want to watch and they never receive any negative feedback and I think it’s bc they don’t let try to satisfy the viewers, they just post whatever and if someone doesn’t like it they just leave. Y’all on the other hand have to post a community post every couple of months bc when you try to make a group of people happy it just makes the other group mad when you really shouldn’t care at all since y’all have your admins who can help.

I do not understand why others keep pushing whatever. They know that they're watching for someone’s reaction, ffs. If the content is free then they can watch it for free just without the reactions from you guys. I don’t get it. I have been watching you guys since Butter, but I do not have any complaints about your content because it is your channel. They meant the update is also uploaded on youtube just go on their channel and click “community” tab and then you will see an update that says the same thing as here on patreon on youtube and people’s comment

YES. THIS. Most reactors don't do polls like this. They just watch content on their own or have one or two mods/admins to guide them. CCW has been so kind trying to let everyone be involved but if the voters/viewers are going to be this mean to them, maybe they shouldn't.
