That song RM was putting together and that played at the end is my ALL TIME favorite RM song: "Uhgood" ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I grew up listening to the 80s British music that led to the 90s American "emo" (Echo and the Bunnymen; Psychedelic Furs; Depeche Mode; Joy Division) and the atmospheric synths on this song, RMs understated delivery of his feelings, and then the explosion of emotion...it hits all my 80s music buttons but wrapped up in Our Leader's package *chef's kiss*

Yes, absolutely, they can always pause if they want to but the CCW team have said countless times that with longer content (i.e. documentary shows like Bring the Soul and travel shows like Bon Voyage) they try not to pause much because they don't have a lot of time to review. So if they don't wanna pause a lot (or at all) then writing a lot of notes would actually have them pausing a lot. If they want to pause for awhile to write down notes throughout the doc, that's totally their right...but if they don't wanna keep pausing, then taking notes could cause them to miss dialogue in the shows. It's really not that deep, it was just my feedback - and it wasn't even negative feedback, it was just pointing out pros and cons. :-)

There's a bangtan bomb of the behind the scenes of them preparing for the UN speech and it has some of the same clips used for this docuseries, so I hope you guys check it out some time. Same for all the times they went to the US award shows. You guys would love the bangtan bomb of them going to their first Grammy's. The cutest most wholesome thing I've ever seen a celebrity experience. Ugh! never gets old to see these boys get what they deserve. <3

The UN speech by Namjoon was the first of three UN speeches given by BTS. The first was this one spoken only by Namjoon. The second was during Covid and was a video one when all members spoke and lastly was the third one when they were given their diplomatic passports and made Special Envoys for the youth and culture of Korea by the South Korean President, where once more all members spoke and where they danced in and outside the UN to their hit Permission to dance! They also spoke at the White House about Asian hate. Also the class of 2020 Graduation speech in the US during Covid. All members speak eloquently so maybe their speeches could be something you review in the future. People tend to forget because they are idols but they also during this time studied and received their Bachelors degree. Jin fron Konkuk University in Seoul and the others with Cyber University, so all of them are intelligent and very capable in this area. 💜💜💜💜

I love watching Shiki. And he is so right in what he said. I’m here because I see sincerity in CCW’s reactions, same way I see in Shiki’s reactions, and at the end of the day real ARMY seek reactors because they love BTS first and foremost and want to share more of them with as many people as possible to make them ARMYs too. And also on that note I would just like to reinforce how I appreciate that CCW has been reacting to BTS and BTS only instead of doing the usual “k-pop package deal” that a lot of reactors do for money and money only once they discover how engaging the ARMY fandom is.

Yeah, I understand. There have been times I have missed things said and have to rewind stuff to see what I missed, and they do that sometimes too, but they don't rewind much with longer content videos like doc episodes because they have a time limit to react to things. I just feel like with the speed of subtitles already moving quickly for them, having to take time away to write things down is just going to result in either missing more or having to rewind more. It happens already with them reading lyric translations, but it's easier to go back to songs later and read the lyrics again than to rewatch 30 minute episodes. I totally understand Summer's interest in jotting down notes during Bring the Soul so that they can go back and discuss some things, but I just think they'll either miss dialogue or have to rewind more. That was just my little bit of feedback. :-)

I'm with those here who are hoping you can react to Namjoonie's UN speech. I was a baby ARMY when I first saw it and I was blown away!! Their last UN General Assembly speech too in 2021 was awesome because ALL the members gave their own address. They were with the world leaders (including the President of South Korea) and country representatives in the U.N headquarters. I believe it was their first official trip as diplomats. Hope you guys watch their U.N. speeches! :-)

I loved Daniel's comment too about Namjoon not only knowing English, but even knowing technical music terms etc– things people don't usually learn in a 2nd/3rd language. I always have this thought when watching their US interviews– like it's one thing to speak English, but it's another thing to maneuver interview questions, avoid stepping into traps, play off interviewer's humor, being charismatic... like that's beyond fluency. Most native English speakers aren't as good at interviews as Namjoon, lol I also think it's even crazier that he's also fluent in fine arts/museum vocab. There's BangtanTV videos of his visits to museums, and he's reading all the art piece info, sharing his perceptions, etc. Like I wish I was that advanced in my second language.

Mono was something else! One of my comfort albums honestly. Moonchild is my anthem! I can't wait until you guys get to it. You guys are doing to love it! My first BTS tattoo was Speak Yourself with a love yourself heart. I love it so much. Just a reminder that I have value and my voice matters when the rest of the world is trying to shut me down. I was just a 4 month old ARMY back then when they did the UN speech but I was so proud of them already especially Namjoon. It was one of the most historical moment for BTS and ARMY and I can't wait for you to react to it. RM's mixtape MONO is my favorite among all the solo albums. It's so comforting and I listen to it almost everyday up until now. After reacting to the OT7 albums, I hope you react to their individual mixtapes/albums next.

Yea when the UN speech came out i cried alot lol, i was so extremely proud of them but hearing Namjoon speak him mind and thoughts to the world was so emotional for me. Because we as army know who he is and how wise he is, but knowing that everyone else finally gets to see and hear that was so amazing. I felt like a proud mom, even though they are older than i am lol. I hope yall watch the full speech soon, the members are so cute and appreciative in the back while watching him. I love that Summer wants to take notes to not miss anything, but I actually think if you are writing and not pausing you're going to miss actual conversations or important things the members say... I've noticed in the past, several times, you have missed things they have said and then wondered later about something that had been explained. Not meaning that in a negative way, I know the subtitles move fast, I just think taking notes might cause you to miss more that you wouldn't wanna miss. :-)

There was a big shift in the kpop industry at the end of 2017 due to a celebrity suicide (Jonghyun from Shinee RIP). Fans and the general public became more openly worried about celebrities struggling with mental health problems. BTS also attended his funeral. This probably forced them to really think about their own happiness

Personally, RM's UN speech isn't even his best speech. To me, the speeches he gave during concerts touched me more. Intimate connections between him and ARMYs. In his UN speech, he made a lot of expected statements about self-love, but when he speaks during shows, it's like the words naturally flow from him. It's more impactful. Like his "Music transcends languages, countries, and looks" speech. No other artist is talking like that rn. Don't misunderstand, I am very proud of their achievement (UN).

You're so right about how impressive it is that RM knows technical terms in English. Like Gabriel, my Spanish is all conversational (I have difficulty writing it since I didn't learn the grammatical rules like I did with English sinc I'm first gen and have been put in regular English classrooms since kinder) and I can't imagine having the grasp of both languages like he has (and in a professional setting at that!). Everyday I'm learning new vocabulary from exposing myself to more Spanish-language media and asking my parents when I encounter a new word.

Spot on with RM’s journey with English. Yoongi said he wore shoes with Velcro, because he learned how to tie his shoes while being a trainee. But I have to confess I am not the biggest fan of „RM is so clumsy“ narrative, yes he used to be when he was younger, but this man lives in a museum with art being worth more than hundreds of thousands of dollars (so he cannot be this clumsy) and he excelled in aerial yoga for example, and he said that he is tired of being thought of as clumsy.

I feel like the stars aligned and those seven men were destined to become BTS. Joon’s UN speech always gives me chills, no matter how many times I’ve heard it. I hope you’re able to hear the full version some day. The notebook is a great idea, Summer! And the Kbbq 😉 Yoongi and his wainscoting and love of light fixtures is such a random detail about him that is just so dear to me. 🥲 Jimin’s father is a bit of a celebrity amongst many ARMY as well. 😆 He is an amazing human and father and never fails to send his son flowers on special occasions. He owns Magnate, a cafe in Busan (which I believe now has a sister location in Japan?), that also sells merch inspired by his son and where he displays a collection of iconic hats from Jimin (and one or two from Jungkook). He also allows ARMY to display gifts/notes, etc. for BTS in the café. When lines are long outside the cafe, he’s been found passing out drinks or little goodies, signing autographs ppl ask for, and thanking people personally for their patronage. He’s humble and thoughtful and genuinely so kind, just like Jimin is. I am fortunate enough to own a few merch items from Magnate and an autograph from Papa Park himself, thanks to a friend of mine who visited last year.

Now, I've been to about 10. Can't wait for the next. Also, it has been confirmed that Tete has now been assigned to his SDT station. Woot! RM actually learn english before bts lots of people forget but he ranked in the 1.3 percent of the whole korean nations for his exams his IQ is much higher than the average he is really smart his way of learning english is watching over and over friends with subtitles without subtitles with subtitles again not everyone can do this and learn english as quickly also if you look at the statistics people who are generally smarter in terms of IQ biologically, they can also be very clumsy since their brain some parts is not wired enough lol which explains why he is just so so clumsy and forgetful in everyday life I know someone who was a gifted child it took him 7 years to learn to tie his shoelace I know it sounds so odd and weird but he excel in his math and studies but it is hard for him to do simple tasks but that is just him there is also people who are much better at this but are just clumsy
