Como OT7 ARMY, la verdad siento mucho que algunas personas se la pongan tan difícil, que se vean con la necesidad de hacer esto. En lo personal aunque tengo mis bias, me hace muy feliz que vean cualquier contenido de cualquier miembro y es imposible creer que van a poder ver todo el contenido disponible con casi 10 años de atraso, cuando ni nosotras podemos llevarle el ritmo a todo lo que está saliendo actualmente. Realmente espero que la presión no los haga sentirse incómodos y sigan disfrutando el viaje, ya que ustedes son de los MEJORES canales de reacciones que he visto en mucho tiempo. This is my first time commenting but please just go at your own pace, there's SO much BTS content out there as a group and individually that i would hate for you guys to feel overwhelmed or pressured. The content the guys put out is meant to be enjoyed not to be viewed because of pressure or expectations. People need to remember you guys have a busy life with kids and a job that is hard sometimes. Guys I recently joined Patreon because you guys are the one of genuine reactors I have ever watched. There may ne difficult to you guys because somes are demand we want that kinda things . I like a lot of what you all post even if it's a video I don't particularly like (some of the compilation videos made by fans and sometimes haters of bts and other groups are just bad even when you know the inside jokes or don't) still I like watching you're videos because you may have a different reaction to the video than I did and a different train of thought when you express your own opinion I like listening to them even If I don't agree with it... This is what makes an opinion an opinion. I have my own and you have yours, most of the time we have the same or similar opinions but we may also have very different opinions on something and that's okay! it makes us human! but long story short you should do what you want and when you want to do so... I KNOW there's a LOT of bts content out there and not just songs too so take your time! I've been in this fanbase since 2015 and I'm still discovering videos that i haven't seen yet... and for other groups as well yes they are just as important to get to because they expand the kpop world but if you want to stick to one group at a time that's perfectly okay! (though a good group to dive into since you've sort of been introduced to them or at least 2 members of the group would be TxT) still Take your own time with it! I love what you all put out!

It wouldn’t be bad if they hadnt been asking us for feedback and then ignoring it when a good chunk of us were requesting more music to be put on the channel for a long time. Of course they can do what they want, but at the end of the day they do have paying people and are making quite a good amount of money and they have to realize that if they ask for feedback, they’re going to get it good or bad. I’m glad they enjoyed the bad lip video! I just think a lot of people were tired on not being heard, myself included. But that is the past and I am happy to see that they’re moving forward to more music, trying to balance things out, and giving it all a chance

i feel really bad that you guys have to explain yourselves like this. i just would like to add one thing! when it comes to yoongi and namjoons discographies, a lot of the songs you have up there that you want to eventually get to might as well just be taken off considering this is a family friendly channel and most of their work has very explicit meanings and for example rms song joke would be completely bleeped out if y’all were to react to it. i’m not saying don’t react on your own time but to react as a channel wouldn’t make sense. one more thing also is that this is your channel and you decide what you want to react to of course and if people don’t like it they can cancel but i REALLY hope you guys stick to just bts considering that the amount of content they have is already big enough and you have barley scratched the surface of all their amazing content and music. i hope this didn’t come off as harsh or anything, i just wanted to express that piece of information! thank you for all you do ccw and thank you for all the amazing reactions!

I try but it just isn’t. So selfishly I love that you guys only do bts and I know that won’t always be the case but I’m going to love it while you do. I love Bad Lip Reading and I was so happy you guys were doing the BTS one cause its hilarious. In saying that everyones gonna complain about something cause people like different members more in BTS and wanna see them more. I actually hope you do more personality videos. Im here almost six years and still love them. Theyre hilarious the way theyre edited. Anywho just watch whatever you want to watch. i think you guys really should just focus on watching what interests you. when it comes to such a large fandom and having a bigger channel, there's always going to be a million opinions. focusing on that is gonna make all of this not very fun. just learn how to tune out the people who are constantly complaining. if you lose subscribers, you lose subscribers, but isn't it better to just have a peaceful environment? if you focus too much on trying to please everyone (when that's impossible), you're going to lose the people who are just here for a good time and enjoy watching you. i want yall to watch this stuff because you enjoy it and not just to keep/get more subscribers. i hope where I'm coming from makes sense

honestly i feel like watching u guys, i sometimes feel like it’s taking away from the beauty of discovering bts. and that’s not even nearly ur fault at all - i just feel like this culture of ppl demanding u to watch stuff that they enjoy or want to see takes away from the organic discovery that u guys should have. that’s y i love ccw picks. because, in a way, that was the way most army discovered bts themselves. i mean personally, i got into bts a couple yrs ago by watching personality videos - i never listened to their music before and learned their names, likes , dislikes, etc. only through compilation videos and that’s completely fine - I got into their music eventually and all was good. same w their music itself - i got into rap line first and now my bias is in the vocal line. it’s quite literally just whatever interests u at that moment. of course i love the pols and i love having the privelage of being a part of ur journey but (and this is a message to other armies out here) i think we need to learn when to take a step back and let them enjoy things naturally. i don’t want ur (ccw) journey to be tainted with expectations and being scared to disappoint us - try to be as laid back as possible and do whatever is most comfortable for u much love, enjoyyyy💜💜🥰

Unlike YouTube, people on Patreon are more like customers at a shop. I think we are all here, willing to pay, for certain contents that you advertised. If it’s not exactly what we want, some will leave, and that’s inevitable, also, nothing personal. Hope you guys continue to enjoy and support BTS. Because one thing in common here is that ARMYs love to see another ARMY be happy, be inspired, and be comforted in Bangtan Universe whether it is through their music, shows, or simply their stories. I think this is perfectly stated! I agree with everything here. I also don’t care at all for the bad lip reading, dubbing, or misheard lyrics that some people seem to love. I saw some comments about “hating fun” but they just aren’t fun or funny to me and in fact read as a bit mocking to me (comment I’ve seen Koreans make as well). There are actually some good compilations about how BTS are natural comedians if it was about breaking up “the grind.” Which is another thing I noticed in the post that you also mentioned. I actually said to myself “this shouldn’t be a grind.” And I totally agree with you here too. I’ve had the thought that they kind of backed themselves against a wall with this strict, chronological schedule where they’re pretty diligent about avoiding spoilers. I always just told myself “that’s how they WANT to do it” but reading that makes me wonder if it’s not and just how they feel like they SHOULD. I just wonder if reacting to a Run episode or something that they’ve heard a lot about could’ve been “a break” even if it’s not in order. I wish all of the feedback could be respectful and constructive because CCW has shown they’re receptive. This post continues to show that. Some comments go way too far, I believe they do value our well-intentioned and respectful opinions so the “it’s their journey, they can do what they want, if you don’t like it, leave” is also not helpful. I really fear they’ll burn out with how things seem to be going if they don’t loosen up in a more tangible way. I fully recognize and appreciate that they’re trying to keep consistency, but again, if they’re considering this a grind, that’s not the journey BTS would want any ARMY to have. Okay. I’ve written an essay too, which wild for some who’s been on here since the patreon existed and has less than like 10 comments. I commented earlier but I wanted to add something… As someone whos been ARMY for 7 years & counting, the fandom we had then is very different from what we have now. Yes we’ve always been extremely protective of the guys (because we’ve had to be), but we were more welcoming & supportive of people’s BTS’ journey. This sense of entitlement & dictatorship is a development that has come about over the last few years & it’s honestly expected with a fandom of this size & reach. Its gotten even worse since the members started their individual projects. It’s okay to give suggestions & feedback but when it starts to affect the Joy we all derive from watching BTS’ content, then it’s no longer okay. Your journey has been beautiful to witness, please continue to enjoy it. No one is putting a gun to anyone’s head to watch all your content & feeling entitled over a $5 monthly subscription is just downright ridiculous. It particularly irks me that a lot of the negative comments are from YT subscribers, majority of whom aren’t paying a dime. People need to realize that if they don’t like something, they’re not the target audience & they should move on. For instance, I’m not into Anime and the like so I know on Fridays, I don’t bother checking your YT or Patreon page. All of this is to say: Thank you CCW for putting your heart into all of this & always respecting the guys. Please ignore the naysayers and continue to do whatever you’re comfortable with. I started with music videos all out of order, then fan made videos, then went to bon voyage, then dubbed videos because it was funny, anything I could find. I fell in love with them genuinely overtime. You can’t force someone to watch BTS in the order In which you think is the best. This is not our discovery and our journey. This is THEIRS. I fell in love with BTS because of their message. Who they are. What they stand for. I’m sorry but if they randomly found this comment section they would be EMBARRASSED at how some people are acting and forcing a certain journey down people’s throats. I'm sorry people are not understanding, some often think that this is a service, where you demand and expect it back right away. This is your channel to do whatever you want, how and when you want it, otherwise, this will become such a tedious task that you will stop enjoying it. Sometimes, it's nice to know what people are excited about, so you have it on your radar, but never feel pressure to do anything, and I know it almost seems like there's infinity content, so doing somewhat of a schedule will always help, but hopefully this part never takes more than you enjoying the content itself. Yeah that's definitely true, it's mostly their "poppier" music that has gained the most amout of fans (big rise in fans after DNA, even bigger after Dynamite e.g.) since that is the genre that is arguably the most listened in the world. But I feel like ARMY sometimes "forgets" how big BTS is now and how many regular listeners they have, ofc there's also millions of ARMYs but a lot of people also just listen to their songs not for the streaming goals etc. For example again, Seven wouldn't have hit 1B streams in ~ 4 months with just ARMYs streaming. but yes 100% true that most of the fandom prefers pop music, which as a hiphop/rnb lover I think is completely fine

Appreciate the transparency regarding scheduling content. I do have a few questions regarding album reviews and general scheduling of music content on Patreon moving forward but i'll hold off on them seeing as you have mentioned you'll address this at some point in a later post. I have to say the spreadsheet is quite incredible, amazing that you can keep track of every single thing you have shown us so far (shout out Juli). I think this uproar about equal distribution among each member has risen because there is a WHOLE lot more individual projects that have been released compared to previous years but that of course, isn't within your control. Also, considering your channel first started as this shift to individual projects was happening, it was evidently going to be hard juggling each individual project while also delving into group content which i believe is the main thing a good chunk of people seem to overlook. Majority of us know that you're doing your absolute very best to make sure reactions to each of the members are fair and equally distributed, the images above show exactly that. Would I have had a different approach, yes, but if this is what works for you and what you have decided best fits to help navigate this then we'll just have to trust you and be patient. Who knows maybe even my personal approach wouldn't please some people either, putting it plainly it's impossible to satisfy everyone. Which seamlessly segues into what seems so be the main dissatisfaction of this weeks schedule, the bad lip reading. Now i was one of the people who personally disliked the idea of this reaction and videos like it. Videos like the lip syncing, dubbing, weird shipping videos and many others which fall into these types of content is extremely hit or miss for me and it looks as though for many other Armys too judging from the comments on Patreon and YT (some of which were definitely too harsh and just blatantly disrespectful). Personally, these types of videos are cringy and don't showcase anything about the members. Judging on some of the creators of these videos some are just for comedic purposes (subjective) and don't seem to have any ill intent, but others are just to capitalise on Army's engagement and use inside 'jokes' some of which are just toxic shipping narratives etc. and just general misrepresentation of BTS to pass off as comedy. The ones that i don't enjoy in particular and most popular within Army is Cameron Philip's BTS dubbed series which to me are just weird voice overs put on top of BTS videos which just includes lots of stereotypes and definitely aren't family friendly. Saying this because i saw you were also open to watching dubbed videos of BTS. Now i know at the end of the day you can react to whatever you feel like, it is your channel. i was just letting you know of the type of content that i personally won't be tuning into nor hope you react to. You may very well carry on with these types of videos its up to you, maybe i'm the minority and a lot of your audience love this type of content but commenting my dissatisfaction is the only thing i can do as a viewer to let you know of my thoughts and opinions. I know you said that you had included this to loosen yourselves up during this reaction grind which is understandable but perhaps this strict schedule is the main reason for this. Again it very well may not be, but i can imagine all the time constraints and set lists/reaction line ups can take some of the joy away as well. I could sort of see the build up of stress and you guys getting overwhelmed, the abundance of eager armys filling all your communication channels with recommendations definitely wouldn't have helped. At the end of the day you can react to whatever you feel like, whenever you feel like and how ever you feel like. It is your channel. All we can do is give feedback in which hopefully majority is received in a constructive, respectful way. Sorry for this lengthy essay I just wanted to make sure there wasn't any misunderstanding with my previous comment under the schedule. Hoping to see a lot more actual music reactions soon. i know you're trying your best, the hard work and effort you all put in doesn't go unrecognised.

But there's other people who stream their music as well. All the members had different kind of promotions with different goals in mind, and that video explains it perfectly. The fact that some songs have more streams than others doesn't just mean that ARMY is not treating them equally, it's a simple fact that people outside of our fandom generally listen more to tracks like "Seven" which is by far the most streamed song of any solo releases so far. And it wouldn't be fair to compare a song like "Seven" to a song like for example "The Astronaut" which was more so meant for ARMY than regular listeners.

If there is one comment i can make, I hope you react to all their work. I know u cover the F words and others. But to understand their work, u have to listen to them on your end. I did leave a comment over on YouTube--and I'm the one who used the word "entitled"--because I was legit shocked at what bullies people seemed to become because they were "paying" for your content and so therefore you owe them (or worse, therefore they own you) . . . . Yes, you do owe your patrons good and consistent content. But you're delivering that! You are also clearly working hard to make everybody happy as much as possible. Thank you so much CCW!!! for being transparent and genuine , building a strong connection with your subscribers by making this channel a venue where everyone can safely share their opinion and be actually listened to. BTS became BTS because of their strong connection with Army as well. As someone who posted comments and shared opinion, I felt bad when some are calling out those who commented as "entitled" , solo stans , etc. I mean as long as it's done in a respectful manner there's nothing wrong with it. Even CCW encouraged it. And most of the comments are actually not entirely baseless , and if listened to, can actually help improve the channel and I'm so glad that CCW acknowledged that. I for one is requesting for a JITB reaction , does this make me a solo stan? Solo album is where the members are able to showcase their individual musicality and artistry. And for CCW to fully appreciate BTS's Chapter 2 they need to listen to JITB too, 7-1=0 right? Though I don't get it too why others felt the need to DM and even email CCW, they may have their reasons, but maybe we can tone down the enthusiasm? Commenting on the post is enough , i think CCW is keeping tab on the comments here. I agree though CCW can't please everyone 100% , that's a unicorn. But if quite a number are pointing it out, maybe this need to be listened to, and I totally appreciate CCW for this. Hi! I've been following along since your 4th BTS video reaction, "Mic Drop" I believe! :) I'm a silent observer usually, but I had to come out of my shell today to let you guys know that you are doing well. Your content is wonderful and I look forward to it every day. It makes me laugh out loud and I'm always sad on Sundays and Mondays when there isn't a new video for me to watch. I've even tried watching only one video on Saturdays so I have one to watch on Sunday too, but I can never resist, haha! I know that it can be hard to deal with all of the conflicting commentary you get after every video, and I do think this tracking method will help. I wish that it wasn't necessary though. Discovering BTS songs and content (including fun videos like the lip reading) is all a part of the fun of loving BTS. On top of the thousands of hours of content that BTS provides, there's thousands of hours of fan made content that is a pleasure to watch as well. I believe it's up to each of us as individuals to decide how we enjoy being in the fandom. Thank you for taking us along on your BTS discovery journey. I can only speak for myself, but I do think a lot of the anxiety around JITB has been because of unfortunate timing and some bigger fandom stuff. It's unfortunate that it came out so close to the start of your channel. And I think it made a lot of sense to wait for it. But I do admit, it was a little difficult to hear about scheduling issues when the album was out for over a year. It felt a bit like, "If they haven't found time yet, will they ever?" But, you'll probably never have that issue again because the channel isn't new. So I really hope you don't stress too much about situation that probably is never going to be repeated. Also, and I'm just going to say it, J-Hope is one of the least popular members. That, I think, makes some people feel like they really have to work more to make sure he's given his fair due. But that, obviously, doesn't have anything to do with you. So I hope you don't take it too personally if some people feel more pushy about him or other less popular members. It's a bigger fandom issue, not anything that really has to do with you specifically. So I guess I'm just trying to say, I really appreciate the communication and the desire to make things equal. But I do think that JITB, at least, is a bit of weird, unique situation. And I hope things are a little less... intense in the future.

But no matter how you lay it out people are still going to ask for what they want. And here is my opinion. I had these same feelings when I first started out watching reactors. When I was new, I didn't know there were reactors so I watched everything by myself. When I found some brand new reactors I wanted to share videos that I thought they would really love. I got frustrated that my videos were never chosen. Then I began to understand. The reactors do really want to watch all the good stuff. But there is no way they can watch everything I want in the order I want. So I finally Let Go. There is NO right or wrong way to get through all the videos. And you will find your own way through them. One reactor had to take a break. He became overwhelmed with all the requests. Now he has a wish list with suggestions from everyone. And he picks what he wants when he wants. No pressure. So. I'm impressed with your spread sheet. But please just make choices your way. "DO You". Because Truth be told...that's the only way you can do it anyway. Thanks for caring. Please take the pressure off yourself.

Don’t get swayed or influenced by people trying to dictate how you should go on your BTS journey. If it’s objective feedback that helps with your journey organically, that is fine. Each of us experiences it differently. I gather the reason people think they get to control the direction is because they may be supporting you on Patreon and expect more. Since there is a lot of content out there, people start getting impatient. Regardless, I am happy with whatever you have been putting out, especially since the point is you guys. We enjoy watching YOUR reactions to BTS. Otherwise, we would simply watch other reactors instead, if we only wanted the BTS content quick. I'm so so sorry that you have to feel the need to give this explanation, I rarely read comments or write comments for that matter, just purely enjoy you guys, so I didn't know you were getting this much pressure from viewers. I honestly think you guys are doing beyond amazing, the amount of content that BTS has and keeps putting out, it's an impossible task and your guys are killing it, truly. I really got heartbroken reading this because the reality is, you don't even owe us any explanation. Each of us found BTS in our own way and watched the videos in our way and time, that meant focusing either more on music or personality or more on one member. For me personally, it’s all good CCW. As far as YouTube content goes, you’re just never going to please everyone, and although I know it’s hard to take sometimes, there is always going to be someone complaining so you gotta brush it off. There is enough BTS content to last until they return as a group so no rush. It’s understandable with Patreon content but I think you’ve been good about letting everyone know what you’re reacting to. I'm personally a silent viewer and don't really comment much, but I just wanted to say that I really appreciate you guys, and as many others have said already, hope you guys don't stress too much and just enjoy BTS content the way you find to be the most enjoyable! Of course, I think taking viewers' opinions into consideration is important, but you guys are good at doing that so I don't think you need to be worried about that at all! I imagine it's hard to balance everyone's wants and it's impossible to please everyone so don't be afraid to keep your own pace. Your taking the time to share this post already shows that sincerity, although it's unfortunate that you got to a point where you felt you had to. Just know that there are probably many silent viewers, like me, who aren't the most vocal but have a lot of appreciation for your content!

Hi Guys, I’ve been here from the beginning, from your Butter reaction and when you guys started Patreon & Discord, I was one of your 1st subscribers (though I hardly interact on Discord cause… Adulting). What I’m trying to say is: I was drawn to y’all from the beginning even when you knew next to nothing about BTS. You were genuine even then & I hoped you would continue on your BTS journey & you did & I’ve been tuned in ever since. I do not do this for any other reactors (and I’ve been ARMY for 7 years) & I hardly watch other BTS reactors these days cause 90% of them use the boys for clout. That being said… I understand that you want to please and cater to everyone but that’s impossible because someone will always get offended. Even I haven’t always agreed 100% with your choices but at the end of the day, “IT IS YOUR CHANNEL”. I need y’all to just continue to enjoy your journey and ignore those that are being critical, especially those that are being rude about it. some of you need to learn to quit messing with CCW's ARMY/BTS journey. they have said repeatedly that they will eventually get to everything and are TRYING, but with how much bts have been doing even I, an army since 2017, have not been this overwhelmed with trying to keep up and that's only with chapter 2 stuff. they are doing both chapter 1 (over 9 years of content mind you) + chapter 2 which has been like double what we were used to in chapter one consistently. Being so demanding of their army experience is gonna burn them out. They have a great ARMY admin team who are guiding them in the right direction, so please relax. We all had different journey's and we all look stuff differently.

Thanks for your feedback, it was well put. You're right, about being careful to generalize. We do get a whole lot of positive feedback and it's truly our driving force. This post, and really our approach moving forward, is to be as transparent as possible and leave nothing to interpretation, cause it is here where wrong assumptions about our decision making can be made. Appreciate the transparency as a patreon subscriber. A little worried though that you’d end up getting burnt out with all the… extra passionate comments/requests 😅 Especially with solo content… even I have gotten so behind coz honestly THERE’S SO MUCH… BTS content alone is already a lot PLUS solo content. And of course, our real adult lives 😆 Give yourselves a break too you’ve only been at this a yearish. I can tell that you appreciate all the guys and have love for all of them, but because of the amount of content and the seemingly constant drops of new releases (what an amazing problem to have as a fan 😅) it would be impossible to always have all the boys be 100% equal. And that’s understandable. I believe a lot of us know your intentions are not to have unequal distribution of content and have one or some members more favored than the others. Please continue to enjoy and do what’s best for you. Thank you for the time and effort. Wow, you guys are awesome for making this all transparent, even though I think you shouldn't have to do it. Normally I'm a silent observer, but after what happened today on YT and also here, I would like to share my thoughts about it. I was actually one of those people who didn't like today's YT video and respectfully expressed my opinion or simply stopped watching. I think you should be given this freedom. Expressing your opinion (on a video) doesn't mean you don't like CCW. Because if that's the case, you wouldn't be here on patreon. It's CCWs BTS journey and therefore of course they have the right to decide for themselves what they want to watch. Everyone here must then decide for themselves whether they like the content or not and accordingly whether they want to continue supporting CCW on Patreon or not or give them a thumbs up on YT or not. In conclusion I think it's wrong trying to dictate someone what they have to watch and what not on their own channel, but it is also wrong not to let someone express their opinion (as long as it is not offensive, of course), by attacking those people right away. Let's just treat each other with respect 💜 oh, and now I hope my comment won't be deleted 😉

To be honest, I think it's totally reasonable for people paying for content to be invested in that content and want to leave feedback. And I think responsible content-creators try to listen to that feedback and incorporate reasonable viewer-opinions into their work (assuming it's not for artistic purposes but rather commercial/entertainment purposes). Unless it's art, the audience/consumer opinion matters. With ARMY, you get a ton of enthusiastic, tangible engagement (gifts, money, praise, like/comments/subscriptions) etc, but, with any fandom as intense as ours, you're bound to get a few people who don't understand boundaries or are just assholes too. It's an unfortunate reality that you just have to adapt too. I appreciate that you've listened to us ask for more j-hope content. You have to understand contextually, you're coming into an era of BTS where we're all trying to grapple with apparent disparities in fan support among the members. For a fandom with a deep OT7 culture, there's a lot of strong, well-intentioned, desperate desire to ensure that everyone in this fandom (new and old) recognizes and appreciates all seven members equally. Perhaps the approach isn't always graceful, but there's good intentions there and important core ARMY values, too. Especially because you're reactors with a big following and a lot of potential to be a big ARMY platform. I'm glad you're hearing that feedback and prioritizing equality. I think as you prove yourself to be OT7 more, people will loosen up on that on a little. As for fun content, I think that stuff is important to see too and it's a natural rite of passage for ARMYs. We LOVE the boys. We love the music, of course. But we love it exponentially more because we LOVE the people doing it. That's just as important for you to see. So I hope you'll keep throwing all that in here and there. Also, in the spirit of even-keeled, benevolent feedback, I appreciate transparency, but I don't think you should feel like you have to defend yourself in a way that belittles your audience. Because for every crazy with a bad take, there are a handful of sincere, well-intentioned ARMYs who have a similar opinion (often for a different, more rational reason) and you risk alienating them too by generalizing. I'm sure it's annoying to see complaints all the time even tempered with heaping amounts of praise. Transparency--like you explaining your reasoning and sharing this chart--is a great response. I think the more you can do to share that stuff without lashing out at the specific complaints, the better. We all get that it's tough to be a big ARMY reactor. But it's the nature of the very lucrative beast so hopefully we can find a good, healthy balance together. :) In the meantime, thank you for the work you all do and I'm very much looking forward to upcoming content (especially the j-hope content)!!

I don't know why people's first reactions when seeing suggestions or "criticism" is thinking we should all leave and that we're being toxic. CCW do not have to take the suggestions, it is merely what part of the audience is currently looking for. I left a comment voicing my opinion and I've had people calling us entitled, saying we are blackmailing and threatening CCW, saying we're b*tching and whining, etc. All because what, we said we prefer seeing reactions to music over anything? I hope CCW continues to react to content they enjoy. If it is not content that I enjoy, then so be it. This is their journey. I don't think some of these comments are being fair at ALL towards our light criticism. I think a lot of these criticisms are mostly coming from the YouTube ARMYS that don’t have a patreon. May I suggest that you just copy and paste this type of post as a type of disclaimer on every one of your BTS reactions for the YouTube ARMYS? This information will help those YouTube ARMY subscribers and new ARMYs understand what you’re faced with in having to choose what to react to the reality of a never ending amount of BTS content. There will be always the few ARMYs that will want you to react to their requests and demands but I think if you put up a disclaimer before every reaction on YouTube, this will almost completely stop the criticism of those ARMYs that don’t get the BTS reactions they want from you as the disclaimer will have answers to help give answers to those demanding ARMYs on YouTube. At least the patreon ARMYS mostly understand the situation you guys are in since you usually post how your content is selected in your busy lives so we can relate and understand but the YouTube ARMYS maybe don’t know in general the difficulties of what goes on into choosing the endless amounts of BTS contents to react to.

I understand why there is a constant pressure to fulfill requests because people are paying to watch, but I think you guys are doing the best you can to navigate. The reality is, you guys have amassed a large amount of viewers fast, so there is going to be pressure for you guys to please everyone. I have not liked all the videos you guys have watched, but I honestly just don’t watch those and come back when there is something I am interested in. For us, it’s just a video we don’t like, we can move on and tune in next time or not. And that is okay. SUGGESTION ONLY I think it may helpful to look into methods other Kpop/BTS reactors have when handling scheduling. You guys can get to know creators in the community easily through social media now, and ideally get reassurance or advice from them. It doesn’t hurt to talk to people who have experienced what you’re going through. Good luck guys. I am always rooting for you.

Constructive criticism is, of course, valid and welcomed by everyone. You may not be seeing the comments that are rude but they exist. There are people quite literally saying they shouldn’t post themselves watching videos they enjoy because they don’t pay them for that. They need to just react to whatever is requested of them and that’s it. There is A LOT of entitlement in the comments. What you’re saying is fine but unfortunately, you’re not the only person leaving comments.

This isn't for CCW but for some of the people in the comments. Calling people entitled for giving constructive criticism is confusing me. As much as we love and appreciate CCW and how much hard work and effort they put in, they are still providing a service (on patreon) and if the paying customer has a "complaint" and expresses themselves respectfully then I don't see anything wrong with that. I haven't seen people swearing at them or just being rudein the comments. I only see people sharing their opinions and give some ideas on a way to move forward. Yes they have jobs and lives outside of this but this is also a part of what they signed up for when starting this channel. They deserve every bit of enjoyment of this journey and I really hope it doesn't become tiring and boring or too stressful for them but if certain things aren't addressed then they'll have to keep writing long posts trying to explain themselves to people.

I always get so frustrated when I see all the complaints. I really love you and your reactions. I also have some things I wish you would react to and i'm not always ok with the videos you choose, but i'm happy you enjoy BTS, watching your reactions making my days better and making me laugh. I watched todays vid and saw the horrendous about of comments about not liking the video. I think people forget they don’t have to like your content? It’s on YouTube so it’s free and it’s your personal pick (which you don’t get to do super often) and on top of that, you’re already doing your best to get through content for us and watch what you can with what your schedule allows. yes to clarify, that number is all of his covers and the percentage of those we've done. But the OVERALL percentage, is only comparing how many JK videos we did compared to all the other members, not all of his songs. While compilation, fan, lip reading videos aren't my thing. It's not something I'm going to be mad at if that is something you want to do. I'm not a big commenter but what I will say is, I can see how much effort you guys put in to make things equal for everyone. Your approach to this all sounds draining and un-fun for you- but I hope that that’s not true. It’s literally your channel, you can watch what you want- it’s not supposed to be that deep so I’m sorry you’re being hounded by some. I’ll be honest, when I saw the lip reading video on the schedule, I was a little ?? But then quickly moved past it bc: it’s not a big deal to me, it was posted for YT, we can easily skip a video that’s not our taste, it’s one video, & things are supposed to be fun. It’s not my taste nor my choice nor was it a patreon exclusive so I easily skipped it like many people could do. I completely understand it’s hard to balance things with real life and with so much content so I appreciate that you guys are always trying to be as open and transparent about your thought process and you care about the comments/criticism bc there have been reactors who were absolutely just there for views and didn’t care about anything else. Not to mention the constant messages you guys get everyday. I think you guys are doing perfectly fine, but I also appreciate that you’re trying different ways to balance things out and be fair! Looking at the last 2 questions listed that you guys have gotten …that is the only thing I do feel strongly about as someone who is paying to see your content, (aside from any BTS interactions with other groups) I will only pay/consider paying for patreon for reactors who stick to BTS content exclusively since I’m not a fan of other groups (txt aside since I’m a casual listener of theirs). I know y’all have enough content as it is with BTS alone and idk if you currently have time to watch other groups. But you guys are doing your best, please know there’s lots of us who can see that and who really appreciate your honesty! Also! I think people really forget the amount of time and effort it takes to coordinate content like this while simultaneously keeping in mind multiple personal opinions, your own desires for the channel, separate lives and schedules - not to mention just the sheer logistics of it all. Truthfully, it sucks and it really takes the joy away from a personal BTS journey. It’s already such a privilege you chose to share it with us in the first place when most of us had the pleasure of just binging content on our own. TBH I didn't like today's video and that's because it just isn't my thing, but it didn't bother me enough where I had to make mean comments, or whatever, it's up to you guys to react to what you want. I had a feeling you guys have been so overwhelmed with everything. It was upsetting to see how some people were misjudging you guys, not everyone but sometimes we may lack in putting ourselves in your shoes. As someone who has expressed their disappointment towards the album reviews, I won’t really say that the others who expressed their opinions are wrong, they are just being honest as a paid customer; as harsh as that sounds. I’m sorry but if you break down your comment it literally reads as “we’re not mad we’re just disappointed you reacted to something YOU were interested in on your OWN channel” and that’s kind of crazy. I've watched several reaction channels throught my 15 years of listening to kpop and it happens pretty often where when channels get big enough, they quit their day jobs to become full time content creators/reactors. When they do this, they pump out so many videos and are able to sit down for several hours a day to react to bts' new and old content, other groups, new releases and sometimes even watch kdramas. I think some people expect the same thing from you and don't take into account the fact that you guys have children, jobs and other priorities that keep you from being able to do the same. Of course there is content I can't wait for you guys to get to, but I will patiently wait for you guys to get there. I work from home and watch/listen to your videos while I work and greatly look forward to every post, no matter what you're reacting to. I'm sorry you guys are getting this pressure from viewers and I would rather you guys go at your own pace where you're able to enjoy and really take in what you're watching rather than push out constant content and get burnt out or not feel the joy I feel when watching the boys because it begins to feel like a job rather than hobby. But overall yikes, I definitely see the lack of Jin happening and this goes all over every reactor. I would say it's not you, but mostly no one ever votes for his videos or is soo little, or no one even recommends or shares more context whenever he is underappreciated. As I mentioned in Discord before, we really cannot avoid getting negative comments, criticisms, people who keeps on telling you what to do or those who will never be satisfied with what you put out. The bigger your platform gets, the more those kinds of people you’ll encounter so with that I’m sorry that you are experiencing it right now. And as what I’ve said before, in my own personal opinion being an OT7 ARMY I just enjoy watching your bts journey that is the reason why of all the reactors out there you are the ONLY one that made me subscribe to patreon and discord because I really enjoy watching your bts journey and I love the community that you built. I know it’s hard to ignore reading and reacting to “those” comments and while we appreciate that you are letting us know your plans and that you address the comments here and there. Those of us who truly appreciates and loves you wanted you to not burn out. Being a bts army is supposed to be fun. People here should understand that unlike MOST reactors you guys have full time jobs as well that is why also you do not react to bts contents as fast as others. I love everything you guys put out. I eat while watching and when I need to cheer up! Here’s how I think what’s going on… I think the problem a lot of people see is , you’re big on going in chronological order when it comes to music, for example album releases n such, but when it comes to solo releases, things get skipped around and end up viewing the newer content when people shout that there’s lots of past solo releases! But then again, there will be people pounding you for not watching the new releases. It’s hard to please everyone. Compared to other channels you guys actually put out a lot of content. I think the blessing and the curse of that is that you have a good following on Patreon that is also very vocal about their every single opinion with little regard to your own enjoyment and process. When I first subscribed to you guys months ago I actually was guilty of making a snarky comment on a poll for god knows what now because the video I wanted wasn’t winning over a video I wasn’t much of a fan of. After the fact, I really reflected on that behavior once I realized it really just sucks all the fun out of watching bts content at your own pace. There’s no correct answer for how to please everyone because at the end of the day you just cannot, but I hope you guys know that your videos do give me some joy during the long days and hopefully some people can also reflect on their own actions in the future 💜

It can be hard with all the comments/dms etc but I hope you get to react to things in your time and how you want to. BTS is on their 10th year so they have a huge amount of content. It can be overwhelming. I've been an army since 2015 and I still sometimes see content that I haven't seen yet so do go at your own pace! hi guys!! really appreciate how much you take into consideration all the comments. but please remember this, you will never please everyone. no matter what you do there are people who are never satisfied unless you react to exactly what they tell you. you’re doing an amazing job giving just how much has been released recently. It’s tiring as a viewer seeing so many armys (and lets be real solo stans) trying to make you feel bad and accuse u of leaving out certain members. we KNOW thats not true, and we KNOW you’re doing your best as always 💜 love the videos, love the content!! do what you feel is right and what is most fun to you. OMG and "That That" from PSY featuring Suga- please add that to his list! OMG I'm praying y'all get to see that- both MV and live are EPIC! Suga surprised everyone by showing up and performing WITH PSY in front of what seeemed to be the biggest audience I've ever seen!

I think everyone has favorite content or a bias line, but I wouldn't let certain groups of ARMY pressure you into watching things you don't want to watch. I think that will just lead to you not enjoying the content you're watching and getting burned out on it.

I don’t disagree with you. Nobody’s entitled to how CCW experience BTS. Yet majority is here for BTS reaction - the journey of an ARMY, and that’s different from reaction to anything/everything.

I think the thing is that ppl subscribe and think that entitles them to dictate how CCW experiences BTS. It is their experience and will not always be what you or I want but rather what they want because we're all different and are drawn to different things.
