We are excited to be back this week! It's a new month, and we gave a big change to announce 😬 (We like to keep you all on your toes!)
We have been reading the comments the last few posts, and the general consensus has been for us to take some time and watch videos that we choose. I believe it reminds people of how they themselves discovered BTS, in their own way. Which completely makes sense.
That being said, we also consider ourselves very fortunate to have people guiding us as well. So why not go with the best of both worlds. So we are going to try something new that'll look something like this:
APRIL - Continue to react to the existing poll winners. Alternating between the 4 categories.
MAY - Instead of Poll winners, it'll be CCW picks each week. We have a whole list of videos we are really excited to check out so this will be fun! But we also know about a new solo song coming up so this leaves room for that.
JUNE - Return to polls for this month.
ETC ETC
The chronological videos will remain the same, as well as BV/RUN BTS/ROB. We are also working on ways to provide tier 1 patrons more content on the CCW months since voting on polls is part of your benefits. This is TBD for now.

2023-04-04 08:11:30 +0000 UTCYeh especially when we get a mail video , which is cool too.. and ppl sending stuff want to see it opened.. but feels like it’s taking a spot that could be catching up on the polls or something that are like 2 or so weeks behind.. and Thursday Patreon doesn’t get a video bc we saw the lc reaction already… and the bv behind the scenes are like 3 minutes each lol so one video is going to be very short. There’s so much to juggle for them 100%… but just wish a bit more focus is on catching up with late reactions over stuff like mail and such a short video for bc behind stuff. But I think we add in the minority here so it will stay like this… just get disappointed w stuff like that Ig… I do genuinely like them , I know they’re trying and outside stuff effects all this.. but can’t help feeling a bit let down sometimes.. wether it’s fair or not lol I can’t help it.. but I’ll just keep enjoying what they share… may have to drop to the lower tier bc it doesn’t feel like there’s any real benefit to it currently .

We have like 3 that already won I believe. I do love the whole mail thing and ppl who sent them want to see the unboxing and stuff… but feels a bit disappointing that it’s kinda taking the place of a BTS reaction… and a lot of viewers are here bc we enjoy you guys are your personalities … but we are also here to be part of your BTS journey… and two days to non BTS content when we are still kinda behind with stuff like the polls … it’s just saddening. This is just my opinion and I may be the minority … so just throwing a diff perspective that may not be being thought of . I’ll watch and support you guys bc I like you guys regardless… just some thoughts

Everything stated is fair as I imagine it is hard to juggle so many different perspectives and opinions - I guess this just shows how passionate and dedicated your fans are! :) I just think my biggest concern with the switch to behind the cam is that patrons who signed up for Tier 2 are expecting to be watching full length episodes which would typically run from 45min - 1.5 hours per week. Even combining 2 of the behind the cam episodes brings us to about 20 minutes. We understand time is a constraint and you all have FT jobs and lives outside of this, but ultimately we are paying for the time that you do dedicate to patreon. If doing shorter videos or a behind the scenes is going to continue going forward, perhaps it may not be a bad idea to update the Tier explanations so patrons know exactly what they are getting. Again this is just my two cents, I'm sure not everyone will agree - but you guys are great for taking our comments into consideration which many other reactors do not do and I really appreciate that. The last thing I'd want is to make your journey through BTS a stressful one, so please continue doing what's best for you! borahae!

As you likely know, we aren't unable to film multiple time throughout the week so sometimes we have to be very selective on what we watch. This is why we didn't watch Behind the Cam when we started BV. However we got so many request to "please" watch Behind the Cam during the entire 8 episode run, so we decided to take a pause from BV and do those. We figured it would make a lot of people happy, but understandably it looks like others aren't fans of this either. This is all a really big balancing act of what to watch and what not to watch since there is hundreds of thousands of hours of content. The same goes for RUN BTS. We don't plan on keeping this pace but while we're also watching Rise of Bangtan , alternating weeks was the only way to make it doable for now. We're definitely trying our best to do right by our Patrons and we'll keep working hard at releasing as much content as possible while trying to avoid the inevitable burnout. Hope this makes sense : ) - CCW

2023-04-03 20:00:12 +0000 UTCI appreciate all the transparency and updates guys. personally, I am not a fan of having ya’ll react to the behind the scenes of bon voyage unless it’s condensed into one video. if i’m paying for the full membership, I am expecting the full bon voyage episodes so going straight to season 2 would be ideal if possible. just seems like it’s going to take so long to get through all the content at this rate. even having run bts every second week is daunting with over 150 episodes to get through 🤦🏻♀️ especially when new content is being pushed out all the time lol again this is just my feedback, but I am a fan nonetheless!!
