PATREON BUG (UNABLE TO VIEW CONTENT)

We have been getting messages all morning by people who haven't been able to see our content throughout the week, but mostly today.
We are sending messages to Patreon in hopes to hear back. If you're experiencing this issue, it may also be helpful if you reach out to Patreon as well explaining this issue.
We are hoping people see this message via their email notifications. Otherwise, if you're seeing this here on Patreon then hopefully that means it is not affecting you.
We will keep everyone posted! Hopefully you were able to see (and enjoy) today's video on Patreon and on Youtube : )
UPDATE - We tried to send a mass message to all our patrons but it failed. Many of you may have received a blank message. You can disregard.

Ok it’s new : no problem with but all the reactions of another reactor are « blocked » but I’m a Patreon. It seems a Patreon problem

I tried using 5 different devices and still wasn't able to finish cause it keeps stopping on same timestamp , so I'm assuming it's a Patreon issues. I will try again today. Wish me luck! BTW, I've been seeing different issues from other Patreon reactors especially those who upload directly from Patreon. Patreon's being weird the past weeks. Some tried using dropbox, vimeo. dailymotion links.

2023-03-30 22:38:41 +0000 UTCI can never view any of your videos (but hear audio) while on mobile (iPhone)! But on a computer it's all good. Maybe consider posting unlisted videos on a private "CCW Patreon" Youtube channel, and sharing the video here? That's what other Patreon reactors often do.

2023-03-30 16:23:49 +0000 UTCI had problems opening Patreon. I looked up how to fix it. I logged out of Patreon on my laptop then deleted the app on my phone and just followed the prompts. It worked and everything works good now. Don’t follow what I did because updating your app might fix it. Try that first.
