Then with longer videos, it can be one at a time or something because some may feel that its dragging on and may lose interest after a while đ

2023-03-23 17:43:01 +0000 UTCI would say that they should watch the hardships video a bit later in their journey 'cause the impact and/or understanding of everything in it is not gonna occur. I am not saying to not watch it at all, and I don't know why others are saying to not watch it at all. It's one of those videos that must be watched because BTS did go through a lot before they got to where they are now. And it needs to be understood first before you can understand what the lyrics in their music means and the reason why they wrote the lyrics the way they did. Also, there's another video I think that is not covered as much in the hardships but I don't remember the exact name of it... I think it's called something accidents, falls something? I am not sure. But that is a worthy watch as well along with the hardships one. BUT I would suggest not to watch both at the same time 'cause that would really mess with your mental state afterwards. Or if they do, then watch something uplifting after it to leave on a good note, mentally.

I personally think the earlier people watch the hardships the better understanding they have of what drived this amazing group to become the best.

I personally think that the hardship video is very essential for anyone getting into BTS but I think that it might be a bit early to watch it. They need to watch a little more of BTS discography before watching it. I mean it's only been less than 6 months (I think?) since CCW discovered BTS. Just my opinion of course. And no offense to anyone else.

It's a really draining video but as others have said, you guys would not understand most of what is in it or is referencing since you guys are still in the beginning stages of going through BTS discography/journey. Also, to ppl who are saying that what BTS has gone through is not so different from what other kpop groups had gone through... I, unfortunately, don't agree with this. I am not going to point out the differences 'cause that is gonna spoil it for CCW... and I'll just leave it at that. (btw, this is just all my opinion, everyone else might have vastly different opinions on this and I am not faulting/blaming anyone for that).

Seeing them playing games and building a relationship with Fallon over the years is fun to see. I get tired of the hardship videos because I hate seeing them being mistreated. The Rise of Bangtan already has this kind of material, no need to constantly push sad videos onto them. Plus, Jimin is gonna be on this week. Let's keep with the theme with Fallon. Plus they haven't seen talk show interviews. Vote Fallon. Btw, no need to bash content creators because you want your choice to win.

It's part of being in the industry. Not that I'm downplaying it because it's AWFUL people get treated that way. Xceleste just has a way of trying to victimize them and try to spark rage. 2023-03-23 03:56:02 +0000 UTCThe hardships video comes across to me as a way of âpityâ towards the guys when we donât need to. They are on top of the world and success. Many of the things referenced in the video is not a unique experience to BTSâ a lot of groups struggle financially, EVERYONE gets nasty, negative comments online and many gets accused of plagiarism, and industry manipulation is part of the politics of the music industry in general. But my main gripe about her video is the misleading narrative about (their choice to) recording in a garage. Iâve watched several reactors think the group started out of a garage because of the video. Buy yes- Iâm sure that will win and Iâll still watch their reaction. Just wanna share my thoughts too. I re-watched 4/5 videos listed and the Jimmy Fallon one really is great. My vote is for Jimmy Fallon or the VLive.

Idk I just think for the longevity of your channel and wide viewer interest, do reactions based on what you are so good at (analysing live music) with a sprinkle of the other videos (interviews, personality videos,behind the scenes, anything you find that might interest you) I just think your concrete reactions should be getting to know their music and lyrics. Xceleste's video is mostly catered to ppl who understand kpop fandoms and how they work, something CCW are not very well versed in. The video will leave them with more questions than answers, plus BTS are in a great and happy place right now, no need to keep rehashing the past all the time. When someone gets into a new artist, other ppl usually suggest to them to look up their greatest masterpieces and for BTS, that's their music. You can get so much more from their music than any of these compilation videos. Also, CCW have said multiple times they like to see the boys' personalities and interactions, let's not waste a reaction when the Rise of Bangtan already covers most of it, though you can never go wrong with BTS' official documentaries that are miles better than the Rise of B.

Even if it's a short one just to uplift spirits at the end of the reaction video! It could even be a video that you've been wanting to watch but hasn't won a poll or maybe it just caught your eye. Every once in a while you should pick out videos that you'd like to see also. Love yourselves too! đđ

The hardships are what made and hardened the boys today.. they went through ups and downs which I think new ARMY need to know the HISTORY of. I mean RoB is good but it's more of a touch and go vibe in terms of explaining what exactly the boys had gone through. Going into a deep dive of how tough their journey was and how much pain both BTS and ARMY went through during those difficult years is a worthwhile sit through for new ARMY. You will then understand the songs behind Whalien 52, the Cyphers, Paradise, Louder than Bombs, etc.. Like what has been mentioned above, even until their latest creations today, Jimin's Set Me Free is a huge declaration from Jimin (through song) that he's had enough of all the things that he had gone through and he's asking to just set him free from his past.. That PAST, new ARMY need to unpack to know..

However I do feel that you can get the jest of how BTS wasn't treated through other videos CCW has watched and the rap lines music.. I think we should be able to voice our opinion without anyone feeling that they can't speak their mind. Ultimately they are going to choose whatever video they like for what the pole has indicated. In most instances I would like the reactor to choose based on what appeals to them in the comments. đđ

People are over exaggerating with the wanting you to see tem suffer narrative. No its just about seeing their journey just like we all have and understanding more about them. Its not like youll never watch anything uplifting from them. I mean its BTS. Haha. And yes watching documentaries and everything else is great too. But also watching the funny compilations cause it just gives you a laugh. Itll be all good. Theres literally so much to get through with them its not even funny. I dont know why people always love to complain.

2023-03-23 00:20:45 +0000 UTCi can agree to disagree with you since you experienced it but others who havent experienced these things i cant. i feel like they should cover all parts of their hardships so that when they go into specific songs its in the back of their minds and they can feel the song on a different level. ive seen it with other reactors some who didnt know anything besides a few basics vs people who knew everything their experience listening to certain songs is different. maybe ppl disagree with my take but thats imo the best way to understand bts music is to know all the info almost like they were there with us at the time. i really dont mean to be rude it just feels like so many are trying to erase bts history by not spreading it around. ive seen people be 100% clueless about some things and its frustrating i dont want that for them especially since theyre so genuine.

I think that you aren't really able to contextualise a lot of the things that are said in that video unless you have a broader understanding of how things work in Kpop fandoms. That sort of deeper understanding comes on its own with time and prolonged exposure to Kpop even outside of BTS, that's why I personally don't deem the video necessary for them at this stage specifically. But like I said, if they still want to watch it, that's completely up to them and I don't have a problem with it or anything lol

I think RoB is okay but sometimes it can be a bit biased. Since the creator is a multi (a fan of other K-Pop groups), she left out facts that will taint the reputation of her other faves. Also, the creator really left a bad taste in my mouth, when she got all mad and upset on Twitter about the fact that BTS is creating their OWN DOCUMENTARY and tell their OWN STORIES (that will be released in Disney+). She acted like BTS/BigHit is stealing her content by making their own, when her content is FROM BTS & BIG HIT themselves. She just compiled everything to a simple format. I think rather than watching FAN EDITS (which can be a bit helpful too), I prefer you watching documentaries that came from BTS & Big Hit themselves like Burn the Stage, Break the Silence, etc. I think it's less biased and more real, so you can also formulate your own opinion.

You calling people antis/fans that don't read lyrics because of it is honestly crazy and I think you need to take a step back. I personally am not a fan of people requesting newer fans to watch the Hardships video because for a lot of the circumstances I wish XCeleste added more in-depth context and nuance to them to avoid further misinformation, and I've been a fan for almost seven years. I'm sure that you mean well but you comment bombing everyone and calling them fake fans is not helping when your choice is already leading the poll. Relax

2023-03-23 00:01:56 +0000 UTCit is that deep were you here during october-november 2018 do you know what happened? if not you dont understand how bad it was and all armys should learn how bad it was. or in 2016, 2015, even 2019 these things are important to understand their music later on. imagine not knowing what jimin went through before seeing set me free pt2? these songs hit very different when you know what happened. they obviously couldnt have been there but the hardships video helps get them as close as possible to if they were there.

2023-03-22 23:54:58 +0000 UTCi keep commenting bc people are trying to lead you in the wrong direction the truth is bts history is not all sunshine and rainbows and skipping out on viewing important things you miss out on a layer of understanding for so many future songs. like jimins new song set me free you wont truly understand that song unless you know what happened to jimin over the years, same with louder than bombs, 2!3!, young forever, we on literally SO MANY songs tie into their hardships because their music is based on their real lives. i lived through 2018 bts i feel so strongly because of how bad that year was for bts and armys and to see people say you dont need to see it hurts because thats not truly understanding bts. reading it and seeing it are very different things. the hardships video helps you understand as closely to as if you were there with us at the time. i really dont mean to be rude or mean its just very important to cover this video. especially for people like you guys who are genuinely interested in bts.

Please stop hating, if you donât want it, you can simply not watch it when itâs released. Also yâall complaining about âwatching sad stuffâ, please chill, how many sad videos of the boys have they watched. Theyâre getting into being ARMY, theyâre learning about the boys from scratch, as theyâre learning the happy moments, theyâll have to see the sad moments as well, itâs a whole package that adds to their journey.

I feel like the Hardships video really brings down the mood and really can be shown throughout the Rise series videos they are watching. But if it so happens to win, PLEASE!!!! I would really recommend watching another video after just so the mood doesn't end so somber. They need something fun to pick the mood back up.

A lot of the info in that video is hard to understand for people who is not really involved in the K-Pop world and who doesn't know well how things work for Idols in Korea. I have seen a lot of reactors watching this video and you can see on their coments that they are missing the real meaning of what xCeleste is talking about. Any of the other ones would be better imo.

It shows their personalities and itâs just such a wholesome and funny video, that I know for sure CCW would absolutely love to watch. Watching interviews and personality videos really adds to BTSâs music as well. I started stanning them because of their amazing songs but itâs watching their interviews and backstage stuff that made me fall in love with them. So people need to keep their opinions to themselves sometimes. Criticizing other peoples choices on these polls is so mean and unnesecary.

I've been waiting for them to watch Vanity Fairs interview and I've read some comments from Armys asking why and commenting that there's better content out there...etc. BTS army is vast and wide and certainly everyone will have different taste and opinions on what they consider "great BTS content". I enjoy all content BTS related so it is frustrating how vocal the armys can be when their choice isn't dominant. I hope CCW can watch what they want to and enjoy!! Certainly one of my favorite BTS reactors!

That's why older army try not rewatch but it's important for all Army to not forget that their success was not paved in gold nor was it easy. It's a reminder of why we fight beside them and for them and support all 7. I will cry but I look forward for CCW in watching The Hardships video because it's still happening and they still just want to give us love and joy.

I believe they've done other guides to BTS which touch on similar information. I feel the other options are fun lighthearted. I also feel reactors who are new to BTS should watch those guides in the beginning and then move on towards the music and other BTS videos. I will most likely watch no matter what the outcome is. đđ

Itâs important for army to be aware of all of the things that have occurred and CCW is already doing so many personality videos. I donât think is something that should wait any longer. Itâs good to have more background while watching The Rise of Bangtan because that series doesnât really account for all these little instances that have added up over the years. It may be sad but itâs so important in learning about BTS
