This is definitely a different type of video from us but, none the less, very important. One of our Patrons, Linda, was shot a couple of weeks ago, in an attempted murder, as she was providing an Uber ride to a customer. Her story really impacted us so we felt the need to share it with everyone here.
One thing we've learned these last few months is that ARMY is a powerful force and we love seeing how everyone rallies together to help one another.

Such a scary and painful experience for you. I can't fathom knowing any army that has gone through such a horrendous experience of almost losing ones life but I'm so relieved to hear you are on the amends to making a full recovery eventually. And HOPING that on March 2 I get the clear that my interior stitches and wounds are healed and they can proceed with repairing my nasal passages!!! It's a process but I am SO VERY GRATEFUL! I still have my feeding tube but I can eat eggs (scrambled) and ICE CREAM and even a few bites of salmon! One of the bad problems I had was severe upper back pain- (I think for being in hospital seven days) and that pain is nearly gone! PRAISE JESUS!! So, all is good!! Thank you for your kind words, prayers and donations. I feel so exceedingly blessed! I promise to pay it forward when I can!! Thank you and LOVE Y'ALL!! - Linda

I swear I thought CCW was brought to me when the boys were temporarily disbanding- so that we could have fresh content thru the next 2 years- then the CCW would be nearly caught up and BTS will be back and all is well! So, it has literally been my lifeline. I lost my best friend of 30 years in a car crash last June (right about the time BTS released "For Youth" with the lyrics song by my bias "Your the best friend for the rest of my life....I wish I could turn back time!" BTS and CCW have just been my escape, my passion, my outlet to escape in a world of LOVE and kindness and our unified embrace of music! Since the shooting, I have even a new found need for this "place" In the Hospital I literally begged people to check their phones to see if CCW had done Butter grammys 2022 but they couldn't understand me because of the damage and I was just laying there trying to explain to people! Looking back it was probably so funny! But I needed my lifeline! I am doing better with a long road of surgeries ahead but I am so thankful and grateful to GOD to keep me here with my boy. (I have a 37 year old autistic non- verbal son that NEEDS ME! The article that y'all saw was like the 3rd one.... the first 2 videos on WLOX Biloxi station (on their website!) I had on my BTS Hoodie with Jungkook97 on the back!! They interviewed me about how BTS was getting me through everything but alas it seems to have been cut! Last night I made a car tag for my new (used but new to me car) It's black and white (agh I wish you could post pics here) but it has a heart with a lifeline through it and BTS at the top of the lifeline! my email is cycology3@gmail.com if anyone wants to see pics!! There is not thanks enough to everyone that has been so kind and I am overwhelmed at the outpouring of support and so very grateful!!!! LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! 2023-02-09 20:52:14 +0000 UTComg how horrible Linda fighting:( and yes the community you create connects so many fans around the world and you get so much more than just a viewer for a month or two itΒ΄s deeper than that. i subscribe to two other reactors besides you and they say the same. they are mind blown and also feel pressured by reading all of the things BTS helped us with how they saved their lives basically. and how thankful people are of what you do. you must feel like how it is being BTS in a way. being on the other end of all that love. BTS pressure is just a million times worse but i think you do get a taste of it.

Linda I pray your recovery is speedy and without any problems π this should never happen to anyone let alone someone whoβs just doing her job by helping people get to where they have to go! CCW, I know it can be overwhelming trying to put out as much content as possible to keep up with demand but everyone understands or at least they should know you also have jobs and personal lives so donβt ever feel pressured. Take your time and go at whatever pace works for you.
