July Update / Some Art

this month i (mostly) took a break from crow cillers to work on other projects.

i got a lot of work done on the next chapter of angel chain, but its a long one, so its not ready yet. the chapter is over 100 pages at the moment.

i also did some more development on Art 2, a mysterious project that is still sort of forming.

another secret thing ive been working on, which i guess ill reveal now, is redesigning my website. its been due for a overhaul for a while now. still working on that but i think its getting somewhere.

despite intending to take the month off from crow cillers, i did work on it a little bit. i'll be back to focusing on it primarily in august. two episodes remain this year, and the series finale next year. exciting and weird and scary to think about.

ive also been very busy looking for a new place to move yet again. hopefully to somewhere ill be settled down for a bit longer this time. unfortunately this has been taking up a lot of my time.

im never sure what to share here on months where i dont have a new crow cillers episode finished. i have been busy and produced tons of art, but i dont want to share a bunch of new pages and designs that will be spoilers for projects im working on. i feel like having this stuff revealed when those projects release will be more fun. i also always thought of the point of this patreon as being to support the creation of these works, rather than to get exclusive or bonus content or whatever. historically ive mostly just posted crow cillers here, which people know will eventually be released elsewhere, and which you could probably score free off someone else if you wanted. the point is just paying for it so i can afford to keep making them.

but i can also understand if you feel disappointed not getting anything but a text update this month. so i will throw in a few drawings that arent posted on twitter or anything at the moment. these may or may not have context or be part of projects but ill keep that to myself. i hope this helps make up for no comic this month. im not sure yet what ill be posting on here once crow cillers is over, but we'll figure it out.
