Hey guys!
Some more Baltiebens and Delilens!
Just a few out of context phrases from future scenes. Goodness, it stressed me out to write/read this, I really can't stand couple fights, haha!
But it had do be done in the name of science and character exploration.
The thing about their relationship is that Delilah is "too emotional" while Baltazar is "too controlling".
Baltazar can get aggressively goal-oriented, going over his own convictions in order to get things done. On the other hand, Delilah won't go over any of her core principals, and tries holding Baltazar from doing so as well. They would fit the MBTI personality types as INFP (Delilah) and an intense and unbalanced ENTJ (Baltazar).
Baltazar's obsession with control ends up making him gaslight Delilah, and it only gets worse overtime. She's, unfortunately, emotionally tied up to him, and has hope she can still fix the relationship. But is there something to fix?
It's been super hard to write them because emotionally toxic relationships aren't that apparent. They're always hidden, masked as something else, and thats also why it's so hard to find a palpable reason to leave your toxic partner. I do a better job writing the obvious, that's why I need a whole lot more experience to make justice to this.
I'd love to hear your thoughts!
Thank you all so much, and I hope you have a great day!
