GOOD BUT ULTIMATELY DISAPPOINTING | Analytical Review of Our Flag Means Death + History lesson

Also a brief lesson on the real Stede Bonnet and Edward Teach who if you really think about it, just spent most of their pirate careers getting their asses kicked.
Also I'm using my video Faces on this because I had an allergic reaction to my new braid conditioner and I'm in DESPERATE need of a protein treatment. I've been itching and breaking out everywhere and it has been a NIGHTMARE. Overstimulated has been my default state for the last week. Because of that, I'm not getting my braids redone until next Friday.
When you really think about it, the real Edward Teach is famous largely due to misogyny. A General Histories of the Murder and Robberies of Pirates was meant to chronical the goings of Anne Bonney and Mary Read who for all intents and purposes were much more successful pirates. I would like a show about them and Anne Bonney's escape from prison. Just saying.
