Within this village, women who stray into the mountains are seized and offered as sacrifices to Akatama-sama, through which the community seeks safety and prosperity. Akatama-sama consumes the bodily fluids secreted from the sacrifices as nourishment, and in return grants fertility to the surrounding mountain area. It has been confirmed that women who become offerings are subjected to unending cycles of sexual stimulation and climax, accompanied by the cessation of aging and the imposition of physical suffering.
