I finished working on Alyssa's bedroom. As you can see, either Alyssa is not well organized or Ms. Topaz doesn't care that much about disarray. I've also done a sketch for a new background, the main school hallway, where June will make a daily choice heading to either the giraffe or squirrel classroom. The chick classroom will be "locked" until June resets enough to, at least, be willing to be a "baby-sitter." Then I worked in the game engine to start integrating the next day. It was challenging already because day 3 is when things start to get modular. So I had to remake screens for the backgrounds of Ms. Sato's house since these background screens will be used for several days and events, in any order. That means, for example, that most clickable elements will have different flavor text depending on June's reset level. Or, for the morning scenes, there will be some differences in what parts of the house you can access depending on June's reset level. (Screenshot 1) In short, it will be a headache to sort out in the code but worth it in the long run! And I also started to integrate the Reset level 0 breakfast scene, where June gets a taste of her new routine! That's all for this week! I'll continue integration of the Reset level 1 scenes next week!
