with your quality you could probably try and sell commissions of your short animation style, i dont know exactly how long they take you but people pay good for animated sceens. also if you are in the u.s. i would see about fileing unemployment/partial unemployment for now untill you can get things back in order this happened to someone els i know and it if you can get aproved it helps. sorry if any of this seemed rude its just what i felt could be helpfull. hope things get better

I know the pain. I have been let go from my retail job after many years of service to the company I worked for. You will find something else out there. Heck I did graphic design in college and I thought my work was crap. So started using my talents to go to work for my self and work for a local company in my area doing t shirts graphics. Don't let your current life change get you down, you do awesome work.
