I normally don't do blueberry stuff but here it is :3
Poor cato has somehow got himself infected with the blueberry virus from eating something or contracting it a certain way and now his body cannot stop swelling bigger and bigger filling up with blueberry juice sloshing and bubbling. It continues to bubble up until he turns blue and then he gets huge =3 Then boom and splash!
