Issue with Rewards ?
Added 2019-04-29 05:02:24 +0000 UTCWhenever a patron decides to stop supporting me, they are brought to an exit survey in which they have the option to leave a comment stating their reason for doing so.
The survey is completely anonymous, so you don't have to worry about that.
Recently a patron left, stating in said survey they didn't get unwatermarked content in the Gold Reward pack, which I'm assuming is March 2019 ?
Since I'm only human, sometimes I might overlook things, or make mistakes when distributing Reward Packs. If that was to ever happen, please let me know about it, it's not a problem for me to send you stuff directly, you only need to ask.
Did everybody receive their March 2019 Reward Pack properly ?

2019-04-29 09:43:58 +0000 UTCI could see how this can happens, since I assume most of us use an automated process, as it's not possible to send single messages to so many people. I would if I could. I feel so bad because someone felt I was trying to scam them or something. Sucks to lose a supporter because of a failure in the system.
