He's been a slave for about 2ish years I believe. I think that's how long it's been since season 1 last episode but I could be off so the entire time he's been here he's never been living at all, just waking up, work, eat, sleep. That's been the cycle and Einar has been there for only 2 or 3 months and they already have a slight bromance going on. Honestly Einar is a G yo and I think he's the perfect 2nd MC to Thorfinn

2023-05-19 03:01:06 +0000 UTCYeah this episode shows that Askelads death who kinda was a father to Thorrfin in a way, was his last reason to be alive and now he is just a empty soul who doesn't have a reason to live anymore. IM TELLING YOU BRO, this season's writing/story telling is peak fiction yo, nothing compares to the messages that these characters go through will ever be enough for this world. You can see how much attention to detail in visual imagery to show that Thorrfin has nothing to motivate him or give him a reason to live. This episode was well done and not even the best so far in this season trust me.
