I see this is very understandable since he doesn't know these people and he is trying to care as well as expand his own forces/people. That's interesting even at his physical strength Ainz is that strong wow could you imagine how fast he could've ended this if he just used magic lol he is fascinating!

Also, Ainz is a true Neutral opportunist, and solely cares about Nazarick and his own goals. The closest thing he'll do that's purely morally good is doing something for someone to repay a debt owed to them.
