A lot of people don't know that Maxx "C" is part of an entire archetype, whose theme is... a man trying to deal with the cockroaches in his house. Yep, it's one of THOSE archetypes. That's what the "C" stands for, and that's why the glowing dots Maxx "C" has all over it are pairs of eyes belonging to roaches. But let's just say that the rest of the "C" archetype is not that good, even compared to the horrifying power that Maxx "C" has. The spreadsheet thing kind of harkens back to the duel guides of yore, where you could buy physical magazines that told you about all kinds of strategies. Except despite some of those not being very good (the infamous Raigeki -> Silver Wolf combo comes to mind), at least those were official while the spreadsheet thing... isn't. Konami could crack down on this, but it's a hassle for them, would not do a lot for them, this actually advertises cards, and these sorts of things find their way into another distribution channel anyway.
