My overall impression so far of Jason Aaron is that he can write really cool stories. However, just like with any writer, sometimes he goes a little too far.

2025-12-23 12:44:21 +0000 UTCMoon Knight has always been a fun character, in part due to how different the stories he's involved in are from the typical Marvel stuff. Liking the steady output of these Sir Superhero videos, there's a lot of great Marvel stuff to learn about. Some of my favorites: Inhumans - Marvel really dropped the ball with these guys, and the real-world lore surrounding them is insane. Valeria Richards - Franklin Richards nonsense and Doctor Doom. Hellcat - Really weird story surrounding Marvel characters that used to be super important but have been largely lost to time.

2025-12-23 03:34:53 +0000 UTCI love Jason Aaron's Thor Run..... It changed my life as a teenager and it is extremely well written and the Thor Run/Saga for anyone wanting to get into modern Thor. Its incredible..... He has great independent runs and also good stories for other characters. His Avengers run in specific is the only one that sucks shit.. and I think that could have been good if a good Editor was at the wheel but I feel like there was 0 Pushback after he finished his celebrated Thor run or the editor was not editing that book because they were busy elsewhere on other books. That meant he had unchecked power and was incredibly lazy for that run.
