That 2d Jojo game is actually a Capcom game, using the same engine as Third Strike, and using the Dark Stalker devs. It was localized in the west as "Jojo's Venture" and it was the west's first exposure to Jojo. Infact, Pet Shop is probably one of the most INFAMOUS banned characters in a fighting game.
