Trauma Center is a series of games by Atlus for the Wii (Technically the first game was for the DS, but Second Opinion is a remake on the Wii), so they do have the same art style as the early SMT games

Sure the basics are there, but in practice they are not even close to how things are in real life. And yes, the brunette is voiced by Dante and the Texan Man by Vergil, but they're voiced by their DMC3 onwards voice actors, the infamous "fill your dark soul with light" was a different guy. Dante's had a few voice actors over the years, including Johnny Yong Bosch. You know, Yu Narukami in the seven or so times in the anime he opened his mouth. And Iris, the girl in the spooky house in the Silent Hill section? That's Hanako from Persona 4. You know, the second victim whose brother is one of your social links? The fact that she is aliven't for most of the game kinda adds to the spooky vibe here. But the disasters just keep piling up. The Fifth Fleet got eaten by a volcanic eruption, because apparently volcanos are faster than the Navy. The Albedo thing brought up is in fact how much light is reflected off of things: the more it reflects the whiter it appears. That's why fresh snow can be so blinding, in a property that is indeed called Albedo. Though it's likely that Overlord's Albedo is named after the alchemical process that is supposedly used to create a Philosopher's Stone. Honestly, the game's plot is a LOT like that of the Big Boss-era Metal Gear games. Soldiers wronged by their nation seeking justice and creating their own place in the world, except where the commander one night got a bright idea after watching The Rock one of his guys goes full Revolver Ocelot and takes it way, WAY too far. Though let's be honest, if Dante ever had the chance to fight using a giant mech, he would 100% take that chance. Hell, the final fist on top of a boat is just like how Metal Gear Solid 4 did it just three months prior to this releasing. Except nothing can beat that this game's secret super-hard boss fight is you going Armageddon on a meteor. At least this one doesn't have a sudden one-hit kill attack it uses against you, like the bear or Dante's final knife charge in your first fight against him. Game's absolute madness and it was beautiful. LISAAAAAAAA/10.
