The guy with the outrageous Southern accent becomes at least twice as funny when you realize that he's voiced by Dan Southworth, who you might know as Vergil. And the other guy serving under the main villain, the guy with the brown hair? Reuben Langdon, aka Dante. The commander of SURGE/SERGE is voiced by Adam D. Clark, aka Arkham, with the woman who voiced Lady (Mary Elizabeth McGlynn) having a minor role as the President's aide. As such, I am forced to conclude that all of this is just someone's really elaborate Devil May Cry 3 fanfiction. But hold on, since things will REALLY get crazy in the next half.
