Ah yes, my favorite Soulslike boss. Mike Tyson. But welcome to Punch-Out, where the actual rules for boxing are a mild guideline at best. Don't expect this to be Hajime no Ippo: the videogame, it's more like a less brutal version of the more tournament arc parts of Baki. Which also had Mike Tyson in it, come to think of it. The cast of Punch-Out is a lot of fun with a large number of fighters that each have their own gimmick, though if they tried to make a new game in this day and age there would be a lot of moral grandstanding from the press because of perceived insensitivities. Even then, a new Punch-Out that embraces its over the top weirdness and goes full in on it would be glorious to behold.
