He calls it "Petty Thief" series. If the first game doesn't strike your fancy I would suggest at least trying it with the Thief 2 metal age games. Those are only a year old and much better quality. I'd be happy if you only did Thief 2 even. Up to you.

The story and villain are top notch I say, much better paced and represented in this game. The gameplay was improved, and the rooftop party level is the best of any thief level in the franchise. The best part is that you did this. The world becoming mechanized is because you killed off the druids who destroyed a lot of the Hammerites when they rose up.

2025-01-08 14:09:05 +0000 UTCI loved Thief 2, and I played it more than The Dark Project. I agree with Mandalore that the overall story of Thief 1 was better, but the gameplay and levels are overall better in Thief 2 IMO.
