The reason Cawl sounds weird is because he is the Imperium's leading authority on mindmelding, where you force your mind onto someone else's and steal their body. He's gotten so good at it he can have multiple copies of himself running around at once and can have discussions with several copies of himself in his own mind. This also explains why he's managed to live so long: once his body gets worn out or damaged he just gets a new one.
Also note that when Kitten first appeared on the projector screen he started to recite the Dawn of War tutorial.

God this episode has so many parts I want to talk about, but I'll try to not ramble. I mentioned in another video about the Emperor crying by causing rain in the throne room. It happens briefly twice here, When Karstodes says "How your wayward sons abandoned you", and when Rogal mentions Guilliman.
Also, during the song, the Binary under each line translates into a leetspeak version of what they said. Example, "Greetings Fabricator-General" becomes "9r33t1n92 ph48R1C470R-g3n3r4L"
The one line when the binary DOESN'T match, is when the Fabricator says "Fine". There, the binary says "n3v3R 1 W1llh4v3 J004224221N473D" or "Never, I will have you assassinated."
