Having a villain think of their genocidal tendencies in the same way modern people think of their edgy OCs that are just a bootleg Sasuke is a refreshing take. The Luck stat in these kinds of games is a bit hit and miss. There's games like New Vegas, where a high Luck stat will help you with stuff like gambling, but there's also Fallout 4 where having a high luck stat gives you access to a perk that gives you a random chance on greatly multiplying your XP gain based on how high your luck is and how low your intelligence is, which is the fastest way to level up in the game.
