The summoning ritual to beckon Kaldor Draigo is not quite that difficult, especially if you read the individual words backwards. And yes, they're very indulgent to the Grey Knights, who are parodied during the time they were the author's favorites just like the Ultramarines were. That one new Custodian does look like a JoJo villain, and even gets a riff from the song that his Stand is named after. Him being happy that nobody know who he is might even be based off of said villian, who really likes his anonymity. And as for the Typhus ending, he's reading out the infamous Squad Broken, which is 40k's most (in)famous pieces of fanfiction, a trollfic that details an... "encounter" between a Space Marine and an Ork. The name comes from Dawn of War, where Space Marine squads yell "SQUAD BROKEN" when they lose all of their morale. Typhus himself sounds like the late Gilbert Gottfried, a comedian known for his shrill voice that can be heard in characters like Iago from Disney's Aladdin.
