I'd say Engage and Fates localizations failed them. Thankfully Three Houses remained basically untouched. Still don't know why Nintendo continues to hire these localizers that despise JP culture.

While we know that felinids exist and are human/cat hybrids, we don't know what they actually look like. Maybe they actually do like this, maybe they're anime catgirls, maybe they're more like the Skaven, maybe they're closer to the Charr from Guild Wars, or maybe they're closer to those horrifying pictures of photorealistic furries that you should definitely not look up (no seriously, do NOT look those up). What we do know is that they come from the planet of Carlos McConnell, which is the second most non-40k name for a planet to have (just after Birmingham). And Isha is the Eldar goddess of life and fertility. After Slaanesh was born and went to vore the Eldar gods Isha was captured by Nurgle and her in a jar. But instead of filling the jar with fluid and accidentally leaving it on a heater so that Isha was boiled in said fluid he uses her as a test subject for his various concoctions. She remains there to this day, whispering to the galaxy the cures to the various diseases that Nurgle force-feeds her. The Eldar have tried several rescue operations, but the last one ended with the Eldar trying to save her having their souls petrified and used as statues in Nurgle's garden where he occasionally walks through so that he can feed off of their despair.
